5A nice friendly gym. It's quiet most times I go. The staff are lovely.
Sierra Fitness. Is the last of its kind. I can honestly say. "All ages" come here from school age to your 70s. Very down to earth. Very casual. PTs are great. 24hr gym. I prefer early morning it's great and quiet. Its not massive. It has all machines and weights you need. Boxing available. Its a pity it's not larger. But definitely worth your while if your just looking to stay active and want a little more than walking.
I was in town for a couple of weeks and got a short term membership which was ideal for my situation. The gym and change rooms were very clean and the equipment was new and in great condition.
