I was able to trade in my broken phone as part exchange for a refurbed phone. They replaced the screen on my faulty phone whilst I was in store so I could transfer my data to the new phone. Due to lack of charge on the device I couldn't transfer data so I was able to leave it with them until the following day whilst they transferred the data for me
