Roz is an angel and will make your shopping trip a memorable one. Bought Nu x Neo sandals for summer and I have lived in them.

Finding good quality comfortable shoes is a hard task. Shoetique has a wide selection of shoes and I had no problems finding the perfect pair. Well more than one actually. I dealt with Roz who is super friendly and knows her stuff. They have great bags and wallets as well. I highly recommend Shoetique and the staff.

Shoes, clothes and bags oh my…. So many beautiful items to choose from, but I’d have to say that above all I was wowed by the amazing customer service received. Thanks Roz and Cathy, you really made my day.

Very rude assistant! Terrible service! Walked in to ask about my shoes that were getting fixed and I was told to “take it up with the shoemaker/owner”…very unnecessary experience to start the day. Honestly, this whole thing would have been avoided if the assistant was a professional and didn’t ask me to go find the owner at the nearby cafe! Not sure what all the defensiveness was about. Maybe she was having a bad day…

Their shoes are stylish. I have bought 3 pairs this year. However the customer service is dreadful on the day I visited (am on 22/3/2022). I rushed in before my appt to get some $189 shoes I'd seen a few days before. At the same time a friend rang in a distressed state. I'm not going to hang up on a friend in need so I looked around the store to see if there was anything else I wanted to buy whilst trying to console my friend. I was asked to leave the (empty) store. I explained I wanted the shoes I was standing next to but instead was ushered out with hand gestures. I'm in my 60s and have never ever in ANY country been treated like this since my school days. Needless to say I left the store and found shoes similar and cheaper. 2 pairs later. So you have now lost my business.

Shame about the customer service. It was not Cathy the owner but the other sales person. The shoes are on sale and i was running late. I asked if 2 pairs of shoes could be held for 1 and half hour. The attitude of the staff member was not accommodating was not happy to hold the shoes as they where on sale. In this hard times could not understand how a shop can loose $180 sale. Their loss not mind.

Awesome service and the shoes and other gorgeous things are absolutely to die for! Customer service 10/10 100% great every time!
