Love this place at my local shopping centre. Always pleasant service and a great range of high quality handbags and shoes with stock you don’t seem to find anywhere else.

Not long ago I purchased a pair of Romika shoes from this shop at full price, which is more than $200. The shoes have a nice design which I like and the shop assistant was quite helpful. Then after I wore them twice I found the bottom of the shoes to be very hard on my feet even after mainly walking on carpet. So I talked to the shop assistant, who said to bring them back and see what they can do. So I cleaned the shoes so they looked as new and brought them back. The shop assistant wasn’t there, so I spoke to a lady, who seems to be the owner of the shop. I explained the situation to her, she had a mere glance at my shoes then said they can’t do anything because they don’t sell secondhand shoes. I did not expect a refund but thought an exchange or some other solution may be suggested, but her attitude was very cold and brief, showing no sympathy at all. So I asked if there is anything you can do, and she suggested I put them on eBay. I did not continue the conversation as it was obvious she had no intention to assist me or provide a win / win solution in the interests of customer satisfaction, so I left. I would never return to this shop again and certainly would not recommend this store to anyone.

The ladies are always friendly and helpful whether I'm looking for those perfect shoes for an outfit or just dropping in for a browse. I can highly recommend Shoe Fashions for quality shoes and great service!
