Can not express positively enough my experience with this store. The team worked above and beyond standard customer service. Thank you all for making an interstate purchase as easy as possible. I had purchased a pair of boots off you guys over the phone and the lady that I spoke to was so helpful and kind over the phone but when I went in today, late afternoon I walked in and said that I had a pair of boots on hold. The lady just said yep that’s them and then went back to her computer. I just felt really judged the minute I walked into the store and was looking at getting some other stuff but decided not to as I just didn’t feel welcome.

I had had a falling out with one of your staff members who wasn’t on at the time and I understand the other staff members may be aware of what happened or not but I still didn’t appreciate the judgment that I received.

I hate writing reviews like this and I’m sorry that you are as a company are having to read this

I absolutely love going into Saddleworld! The team are so friendly with finding everything I need. They always have a great attitude and I am greeted with kindness as soon as I walk into the door. This is one of my favourite stores!

I've had such good experiences in this store. The ladies have gone above & beyond, to help me, on several occasions. Everyone is just so nice. I've also scored some real bargains shopping here. I LOVE this place, & I'll definitely be back.

I requested a saddle fitting after being advised they would keep bringing saddles to trial until we found one to fits my horse. The one-off cost of the trial would come off the purchase price. I could only get an appt after hours. After trialing the saddles that did not fit (still one left in car untrialled) i called it a night, due to lack of light & cold (cold winter night). When I requested the next saddle fitting I was told I had to pay the fee again bc there was still 1 saddle left to trial when I said it was too dark, cold & my horse had an afternoon of saddle fitting & had enough.
(Ps I since realise they live close to me & that's why the after hours appt but still wanting to charge another fee to drive a very short distance)
I bought elsewhere $3600 saddle. Never went back!

Not even sure where to start with this but I am a massively disappointed customer. Went into store and choose a saddle for $800. Took saddle home didn’t fit the horse (literally popped it on and took it off) so returned in immaculate condition.
Went back into store and asked for a refund. Was told I could only exchange it for another saddle (next saddle in this style that may or may not be suitable was $1400 and what if that didn’t fit.where does this end). I explained that wasn’t acceptable or fit for purpose and no way could it be law. Wasn’t even offered store credit at this time only credit towards another saddle. (was also never told that there had a no refund policy. This is apparently explained on your receipt!)
I explained I wasn’t happy with this and that it can’t be legal. Suzanne then took the saddle and put it outside the store telling me to take it with me and get out!
I explained I wasn’t going to do that also she called 000 and said I was threatening escalating and being aggressive (I was actually just stood leaning against the counter)
I thought I had better record what was going on here as police on their way and they had been told I was threatening her. I began to record and at this time Suzanne came over to me and hit me round my head! Telling me to stop recording her.
Police then put the phone down and she kept telling me to leave. She then said she would offer store credit for me if I agreed to remove the videos from my phone if her hitting me. She actually made me stand there and say that so she could record me agreeing to delete the video for store credit!
I agreed to this and was given a store credit after probably an hour of drama.
I went home and proceeded to order some things from the sites she sent me to order from. Received an email back telling me that nothing of it was instock and most items a month to two months away. I then sought legal advice and asked for my money to be returned so we can both get on with life.
Nope not good enough I have now received an email saying I will have to pick the saddle in the next Teo weeks or it will be donated to an equestrian charity on my behalf
I honestly cannot even believe how bad the customer service is here for an $800 saddle. All I can say is. Please make sure your happy with your purchase before spending money here as to return it is impossible. I will be taking the matter further with lawyers. Current affair, social media and the police but in the mean time if anyone wants a Syd hill stock saddle brand new please get in touch lol

My family and I moved into the area around Christmas 2021 and needed supplies for the one horse I own. The team at Shire Saddleworld were so helpful and accommodating when my in-between sizes pony needed gear replacing as it didn't fit him or his head. Highly recommend this business!

The stock here is fantastic plus the staff are so helpful. As I run a horse riding school it is always great to know they are not far when my clients are looking to buy a helmet for their child.my 18 horses absolutely love their rugs & tack too. Deb- Millies Pony Paradise Riding School Jimboomba

Absolutely brilliant place a staff. I love this family dearly. Not only are they friendly and caring about you, they are extremely professional and just wanting the best for you and your horse. So that you both are safe and happy. As soon as you walk in that door they treat you as family.

Staff exceptionally unhelpful. Will only offer a store credit when an error in size was made. It may be the law but it is shows poor business sense in these times when people are hurting
