Felt like Pasta for dinner, came out and ordered Salmon Fettuccine & Dill with Salmon Roe.delicious! Used my Birthday points to pay for my meal.the night just got better! Served by Simon who gave exceptional customer service from ordering my meal and beverage with a great sense of humor! I would definitely come back again for Pasta Tuesday and any other night for an affordable meal.

I haven’t been here for a meal in about 18 months because of a bad experience BUT the meal was amazing. I’ll definitely e back

Please pass on my thanks to Chris for his lovely service today we ordered platters for a wake today and everything was perfect I haven't been here for many years due to relocation but to see him still giving great service like to old days was amazing it was much appreciated and my family appreciated greatly in which they were locals here in the past as well, thanks again Chris look forward to coming back in the future hopefully in better circumstances.

Comfortable, family friendly pub attached to a gambling room. Staff friendly. Reasonable food at very good prices.

Staff told me to come back another day because 'it was too difficult for them to get the required form' on a public holiday.

Went to lunch today, we normally go, find out the menu has changed, No Barramundi any more, so we had the salmon but when I use to have the barramundi I could have chip's replaced with sweet potato So when asked for the sweet potatoe with the salmon I was told I could not do this. I was told I had to paid extra because they couldn't swap it over. Then my husband asked for a steak sandwich was told there was no meat so he had to have a chicken sandwich. So the sweet potato fries turn up on their own no mai. Meals, I had to ask where the main meals were because the sweet potatoes chips were Odered for my main meal.
So by the time the main meals turned up the sweet potato chips were cold so at that point I emptied all the normal chips that I didn't want on to another plate to be sent back. I can understand menus change and there can be a shortage of product at this time of year.
But there should be a sign up on the special board stating no upgrades available all we got from the manger was we will take it up with the GM not happy customers at all The manager didn't seem to care. Will not be back

Three of us called in for lunch. A lovely welcome from lady at Reception and Staff upstairs in Lounge/Dining area so enthusiastic and proactive. Don't live close enough now to visit regularly (used to be my 'go to' 25 years ago and is now even better) - will make the effort to call in more often. The welcoming Staff made the visit memorable! Happy to rejoin as a Member after so long! Thank-you.

I enjoyed a fantastic milestone birthday celebration at Westside HQ. Lovely and the rest of the team were so helpful and accomodating, the event planning was actually a pleasure as opposed to a chore and none of my requests were too much or too little for the venue to handle. An extremely well priced venue in all respects, while still providing quality, including good space, location, food and drinks. Thanks Westside HQ!

Nice food, very fast and fresh. Very friendly staff. They had bingo on when I was there but some music would have been nice.

I was hosting my 21st birthday when 4 days out from the event day, my venue cancelled on me. I called Westside HQ to see if they could fit me in and by the end of the day, they had organised security, food and beverages for my big day! They were a spectacular business and would no doubt use their services again. Cheap drinks and easy going staff, great for myself and other uni students looking for a bargain!

Lovely environment, staff were all very friendly and the food was very well presented.

The captains catch, was well cooked and battered, the prawns melted like butter in my mouth, the calamari was tender and soft, the fish tasted like it was frozen, but was cooked well enough that its hardly noticeable.

Great club fantastic meals at a good price very affordable plus it is good to see karaoke returning.
