A big shout-out and thank you to Manager Mel at the Maroochydore Outlet Store. I had accidently been given a Queen size sheet set instead of King. Didn't check packaging or receipt, threw out packaging, washed the sheets, THEN realised the mistake. Mel gave me a product exchange when I didn't think I would get one. I was so impressed with her professionalism and customer service that I will now buy ALL of my linen from her store. Loyalty is important to me. THANK YOU MEL, YOU ARE THE BEST.

Amazing shop, lots of stock at a great price, with lots of options. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I'll be back!

Terrible customer services, the staff just standing there and chatting to her friends since I come to store. I have waiting for her 15-20mins, and she have no time to help me.

I entered the Sheridan store in Moroochydore today in order to buy something.
I have a medical exemption for wearing a face mask and the second I entered the store, a very rude girl asked if I could please put on a face mask. I said I had an exemption for wearing one and she very rudely said I need to see the exemption!
I told her that she's not allowed to ask that and she kept raising her voice at me untill I turned around and walked out the door.
When are people going to understand that under the privacy Act of 1988.you are not allowed to refuse a customer service as this is discrimination!
I will NEVER go back there again!

BE PREPARED TO NOT GET YOUR ORDER - I have ordered twice in the last few months. Both times when I ordered there appeared to be stock available, only to receive an email a few days later to say it is not available. Don't buy into all their 50+% discount hype because that is all it is.hype with no stock.

Horrible absolutely horrible Opal the story manager lies to customers and puts them down. I was told the refund policy is common sense. No a refund policy is there to protect customers not create consumers.

I cannot thank the girls in store enough for the help and service i received today, i was a difficult customer looking for a particular product and had no idea of the name, the girls went above and beyond and found what i wanted. I love shopping here, the store is always immaculate and nothing is to difficult.keep up the good work!
