SHEIKE Indooroopilly

I was served by Amanda and she was brilliant. So helpful and then steamed my outfit and put it in a dress bag ready for my event tonight. Brilliant customer service.

I went into the store feeling abit low about my appearance, nothing I tried on worked for me and overall didn’t feel great. One of the lovely girls took their time to try different styles and really help me out to find the perfect outfit for my work function. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the team here and how they made me feel! I left feeling beautiful.

I have been to Indooroopilly many times before and have always loved it. Friendly staff, great service and welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately my last visit here was appalling. There had obviously been an unpleasant experience with an unhappy customer before I walked in and instead of what seemed to be the ‘manager’ pull aside the team member that this directly involved to a quiet area she felt the need to question, accuse and embarrass this poor staff member in front of a busy store of customers. This came at the detriment that a lady was in the change room and kept having to interrupt their heated discussion to ask for sizes which was uncomfortable to watch, let alone experience.

The only redeeming factor is that the staff member kept her head held high and right after this poor excuse for a manger finished her lecture she came right over and introduced herself to me and asked if I needed anything.

I have been served by this same lady in multiple visits and she has always been a pleasure to deal with and did not need a public lecture. This was a conversation that should have been done in a private place and been more constructive and reflective, instead of such an accusatory way. As we all know ‘the customer is not always right’ and there are 3 sides to a story, so management should be a little more empathetic.

When ever I have an event (big or small) this is always my first stop. In all my years of shopping at sheike, I always notice how friendly and helpful staff are. I also notice that they treat everyone the same regardless of age and size. I often feel too old now to walk into some shops and usually get ignored but the ladies at sheike always make me feel welcome and will always persist to help find something I like. I love that they suggest new things I wouldn't normally go for and help with accessories.

I think it's very important to recognise excellent customer service. I would like to take the time out of my busy day to thank Chelsea and Victoria who I believe went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for a special event coming up. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to sing their praises.

I love buying dresses at sheike and have been to mostly gardens city and Indooroopilly centre. For some reason yesterday one of the girl named Laura was extremely rude! I took 1 dresse, 1 tip and 1 skirt to her and asked could you please check Each of those ones prices as they were 20 percent off. In reply she said”these are itemised n difficult for her to check prices! ” she kept on giving weird reactions and make me feel that I was wasting her time which is funny cz I bought 2 of them! Garden city s customer service is so good compared to Indooroopilly s one. Really disappointed at her behaviour.

Tee from the Indooroopilly location was an angel for last minute styling me for NYE. I had a time limit and she was able to not only handle my rush, but also style me so effortlessly. I received so many compliments from the dress she chose (which I would have never picked from the rack if it wasn't for her). Tee is the reason I always feel welcome to shop at Sheike:)

Usually I shop in Mount Gravatt Sheike and always happy with the service, but a few months ago and today, I went to Sheike in Indooroopilly shopping centre. Both times I got weird looks from the cashiers, and rude service. I feel like not welcome in this store.

The lovely blonde girl the the green dress helped me out so much yesterday!

I'm starting a new job and was stressing out as I wanted to find something that felt like me but was still accepted by the company. I read our my dress code to her and provided her with my feelings and style and she was so patient and lovely throughout the entire experience.

I start monday, and was going to only grab one shirt to then see how others dressed to see what I could get away with, but I'm going back today for another shirt.

I just wanted to thank Mel from Sheike Indooroopilly. She was extremely helpful today in helping me find an outfit for an event I’m going to on Friday. Her bubbly personality definitely made me feel comfortable and welcomed in the store. She did such an amazing job helping me that I ended up leaving the store with 6 amazing outfits instead of the 1 outfit I went in there for. No regrets about that at all. I think Sheike management should know how great of an employee she is.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Courtney for being so helpful with finding an outfit in my size. She was so polite and helpful. I really appreciated the superior customer service I received and I love my new outfit sooo much. Thanks again, I’ll definitely be shopping with you again soon

I love Sheike. Always on trend and best for peeps who love uniqueness! Everytime I walk into Sheike at Indooroopilly, there's something new, makes me Happy and excited about fashion - Never boring!

I'm surprised this place gets any high ratings. Time and time again I visit this store and I must say, nothings changed. The service is awful. The management is terrible, their young sales assistants are just young and inexperienced. The moment you go in store, they'll greet you then leave you. I find myself wondering the store for a good 30 minutes or so, purchase an outfit then leave. No input, no styling, no customer service.as per normal. Disappointing.

Chelsea is an absolute asset to Sheike and their store at Indooroopilly! Chelsea assisted me with finding the perfect outerwear to match my outfit, I was most impressed that she was very detailed and gave constructive feedback on the sizes and colours for the clothing items that would suit me best. This was excellent customer service and one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Thank you Chelsea!

I visited Sheike at Indooroopilly yesterday in search of an outfit for a wedding. Brooklyn was the staff member in store & she was extremely helpful and her service was amazing! Thanks so much!

The girls there are so beautiful. I would definitely recommend asking the team for advice, they were very helpful for me. They also left an adorable message on my receipt wishing me a "happy birthday". Thankyouuuuu

I always head to sheike for a lovely cocktail dress.the staff are helpful and friendly.check out the sales rack as you can usually find something.

Nice dresses but a bit too long for the average height and definitely a size smaller than your average which is not the sales assistants fault. However, it would be nice if they actually did assist customers who are trying so desperately to find the perfect dress. Instead they just look up and down at you and say "sorry we don't have your size". Didn't even bother to check in the system.
