I have visited this place about 5-6 times now just to try out my luck but they’re so horrible that I’ll be never going back. The girls are so rude and look so disinterested in doing their job, what I’m paying them for. They’ve ruined the shape of my eyebrows. Never had such terrible experience anywhere and each time I go back the prices are raised? Last time, the girl barely spent 2 minutes to do my eyebrows which didn’t even look tidy after she was done. When I told her they don’t look very tidy, she said she would have to make my eyebrows thinner and change the shape if I want them to look more tidied up. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 9 years and never heard this stupid excuse. I was so angry when I looked at my eyebrows after coming back home. Would give them negative rating if possible.

I have been coming to this place regularly for 7 years now for Brazilian waxing and the girls always deliver amazing job! They are quick and efficient and on top of that they are super nice and friendly. Compared to other places they are much cheaper too! Highly recommend:)

Lady asked me to come back in 10 minutes, so I did, had to wait an extra 15 minutes on top of that when I returned before anyone acknowledged me. Asked for an eyelash tint both times, was told to wait because another lady was waiting before me, so I had to wait through her eyebrow threading another 10 minutes. Finally got sat in the chair and when I said I wanted blue-black tint, she realised I had said eyelash tint (even though I had already said that twice and had pointed to my lashes when I asked), and she had made me wait after she was done with the other lady because she thought I asked for eyebrow tint.
She put the tint on so messily that when she cleaned it off, I had tint stains covering almost 1cm of skin above and below my lash lines, so I looked like a racoon. The whole time she was cleaning the tint off, she was talking hurriedly with another worker about other clients and not paying attention to what she was doing, so she was pushing tint into my eye, left one of my eyes with tint on it for longer than the other cause she was so distracted talking to the other worker, and worst of all she also dropped a qtip covered in tint on my white top! And she didn't even try clean it off until I pointed it out when she gave me the mirror to look at my lashes. I asked "what's this? " and she didn't say anything/take responsibility, so I then asked "did this happen now? " And then she tried to wipe it off with a cotton ball but since it had already been absorbing into my top for a couple of minutes it didn't come out! And then she had the gall to charge me full price!
Don't go here unless you want your face and clothes messed up. What a waste of time and money.

One Pathetic staff has pushed my limits me to not visit this place ever again. It happened in the past, hoping that they would have some sense of understanding, but nah! Don’t wanna name her, but thanks for your services:)!

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 10 years at various places and usually have no issues but at Shehnaz Beauty Salon Toowong, I got cuts like never before (see photo). Eyebrow threading is for aesthetic purposes. What's the point of removing brow hair if it results in cuts that look even worse and are also painful? Instead of me paying them, they should have paid me. I want my money back.

I went for a 30 min facial and Meghna was great! She went above and beyond her duty. She was very thorough with her massage and treatments. Overall a very relaxing and good experience.

Very poor service.
My legs were bleeding as the lady there handled very roughly.
Moreover half the hair is not removed only and when I asked she is saying she tried twice she can’t do anymore.
Please don’t waste your money.

I have previously gone here and been quite happy, but today they absolutely destroyed my eyebrows
I have always loved my beautiful brows and just needed a tidy up
The girl who did my eyebrows talked to her friend the entire time, didn’t pay attention at all and took way too much off one of the brows
They are now horrible and uneven. She destroyed the shape, didn’t even properly tidy the clearly out of place hairs and one eyebrow is ridiculously shorter than the other
They tried to fix it with tint and honestly it looks even worse! It just shows how much they stuffed it up
I feel like they have ruined my face. It will take months to grow back
Only go here if you want your eyebrows RUINED and enjoy terrible customer service

The only good thing is they didn’t charge me. As if I would pay for what I got!

Eye brow tint was completely uneven. Eyebrow shape is uneven. Attempts at fixing their mistake failed.

I’ve been coming here every fortnight for my eyebrows since I moved to Toowong in 2019, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’m really picky with my eyebrows as I’ve had places stuff them up before but I’ve never left this place dissapointed thanks to Shilpa!
She knows what I’m coming in for so she doesn’t even ask when I get there and she always has my eyebrows looking sharp! Every time I come in we have a great chat and a laugh which is awesome and rare to find in a lot of places who just want your money and to get you out asap. All staff here are super friendly and efficient, and their prices are great too! See you guys in two weeks ️

I honestly wish I had read these reviews before going here. The lady rushed my eye brow threading and I’ve always had naturally nice eyebrows and I told her I wanted to keep the thickness just a tidy up & I don’t even know what she did but my eyebrows look so different! One looks more arched and the other is more flat, I use to have very nicely shaped eyebrows & will have to grow them back & start again.
I recently moved to Brisbane but I won’t be going back here.the lady was also rude and not welcoming and I felt like she didn’t listen to what I wanted and just did her own thing.

They are also really far apart now.
