Disappointed with my experience with She Street.

The return policy/ process is misleading.

You have to submit a return request, specifying if you would like to return your item or exchange it for a different size.
I selected a smaller size. Once I paid for the return shipping and She Street received the items, they issued me a store credit instead.

From the time I requested the refund to the time I received the store credit, the sizes were out of stock.

This was a frustrating experience for me as I felt uninformed and was worried I had wasted over $170.

I reached out to She Street who were willing to find me the two dresses in my size. After over two weeks of no contact, I found that the dresses were back in stock, so I ordered them myself.

I still have not heard from SheStreet since the 24/11 so I am assuming they wouldn’t have located the sizes for me.

In addition to the return process, I am disappointed with the quality of material. It is very thin and cheap feeling. One of the dresses I received also sits longer on one side.

I wish I never ordered from She Street.

Love She Street! The dresses are beautiful and affordable and really great quality. The prints are just gorgeous and I get lots of great comments when wearing them.
I have ordered twice now and shipping is always fast. My second order was missing an item and the lovely ladies responded to my query super fast and sorted it all out for me.
Highly recommended She Street!

She Street is the best clothing company I have ever bought through. The clothing is fresh and exciting and I get compliments every time I wear an item from she street.

I recently placed an order for a dress from She Street. Disappointingly there was an inventory error and I was notified the next day that my item was out of stock. Instead of simply offering to refund or credit me the value of the dress, Jayde offered me TWO dresses in the same style but different prints, choose ANY item from the store, or be credited greater value than the cost of my dress. I have never had anyone go to so much trouble to amend what is a pretty common stock error. The replacement dresses arrived promptly via express post and were lovely. I cannot recommend She Street enough, this business exemplifies quality customer service. Thank you She Street xx

When buying from interstate you must offer refunds if the garment doesn't work well for you

The girls are always so helpful when it comes to responding to online enquiries, and willing to assist with sizing enquiries and even go the extra mile to look out for sizes that are out of stock online. Love their dresses and their service!

Wow, I was delighted with my fabulous buy, the Layla safari. So comfortable I wore it on a flight to Brisbane. Loved the style for a size 16 and felt amazing in it. This is my second purchase from She Street and I will be back. If you are a curvy woman this is the website for modern clothing at an affordable price.

I am really happy with my purchase of two dresses! The detail provided for each dress was spot on, and the extra detail on sizing was really helpful meaning I purchased two different sizes both of which fit perfectly. Without this added description I would have selected the wrong size. I placed my order on Wednesday evening, received it on Friday and was getting compliments for my dress on Saturday! Will definitely be purchasing again!
