To the two girls working today at lunch time who were ever so unhelpful with the 2 month old shaver that had fallen apart when trying to clean it and was told.no it’s broken and no warranty cause you broke it. Well I got it together with no thanks to you. Customer service and know your product. Won’t be back!

Went in once to browse stubble balm (stubble softener). The only employee on at the time (a red haired male with a beard) was very condescending, maybe because I have stubble and "not a real beard" I don't know. Tried to tell me that there's no such thing as stubble balm (stubble softener) in a manner of attempt to make me feel like an idiot. Fortunately Big W has a few options, guess I'll look elsewhere for upgrading my beard trimmer as well.

Sold me a shaver, then promptly stop having any regular supply of replacement blades. I was told at time of purchase they always would have a lasting supply of said blades. Lady serving the counter was friendly but still doesn’t may up for poor service over all.

Good shop at excellent prices for shavers, clippers, ear and nose trimmers and other products and good customer service.

I visited the store on Saturday 18/5/18, both the young men were excellent, attentive, prompt and sorted my issue out right away. I can not express enough how wonderful the service was and how professional they were.

Was looking to buy an electric razor, preferably a Braun with a Clean and Charge station. Was informed that I had to get the Series 7 shaver if I wanted this, so settled on a Series 5 without this. Next I see the series 5 advertised at Harvey Norman with a charge station, and then also on the Shaver Shop website! I would have paid the $50 extra, and only $29 if I went to Harvey Norman. Not going to your store again.

Severed by a lovely lady in store with Lots of product knowledge. However only 3 stars are given due to one small factor. Oral B 9000 had advertised price with a 30% discount. After studing mathematics for 4 years in College I did basic math in my head and couldn't help but address the issue that the Oral B 9000 was only 25% discounted, not the displayed 30%. I addressed this to the staff, she acknowledged it and was very polite.
