Honestly tonight was hands down the worst ever Rump steak and I've just come from Civeo mining camp at coppabella which is salmonella central deadset worst steak ever

Beers cold, glasses clean. Staff smiled and sports on screens. Meals are good pub fare. Maybe I will see you there.

Food I order not available had to go order another meal. Others in party waiting for coffee lots of orders wrong or took ages to come.

When I'm here have always enjoyed having a drink here and also enjoyed having having a meal.

Nice hotel. Big rooms for the price and you get a free little breakfast. Nothing to complain about at all

I went with my girlfriend and had dinner there, it was good, the team were friendly and happy

We went to the bistro for lunch on a Tuesday. The meals were delicious, fairly priced and served quickly. The room is clean and comfortable.

Service was terrible and staffs enthusiasm at the workplace was very poor the food was terrible under cooked just left with half eaten plates definitely a place that was great and has gone down hill

We were delighted with our room exactly as the photos. Large, clean rooms included breakfast, comfortable bed, patio AND a washing machine, dryer and washing powder in the room.all for a most reasonable price! $130
We were booked for 1 night but stayed for 2. As the Hotel is on the premises, we decided to eat there and found the service great and food delicious. A very good experience all round.

Staff was so helpful and went out of their way to find a table suitable for us. The meal was great.

Food here was good, enjoyable atmosphere.but the wait staff were terrible. Especially the lady who sets you when you walk in. If you don't want be in a service job better you find a different role than be so uninterested.

Was a very long wait for food but food was great. My issue was that as the waitresses brought out the meals they stood right by my sleeping baby in capsule if they had dropped plates would have landed on my baby. They need to be mindful of their surroundings. I did ask one of them to move away from my baby, but seriously not even the children in that area were silly enough to go near sleeping baby?

Table and reserved signs had different numbers which caused a disruption to table locations. 1 poor guy was walking around looking for table numbers with meals. Ordered seafood basket which was way over cooked with the smallest prawns and tasted like store bought fish. Most of it was way over crumbed and very oily. The chips were way over cooked and most weren’t edible. The squid was cooked well. Need more pride in your dishes. The waiters/ waitresses were good. But when mentioned the table numbers were out of order the waitress wasn’t concerned. If this was amended wait staff would have found tables easier and would have caused such an upheaval to distribution of meals. Atmosphere was good.

Friends stayed in accommodation, we joined them with others in the bistro.
We ordered at 7 30, which was fine.
1st meal came 740, another 2 at 7 50,
I went and asked where the other 5 meals were.at 8 15?
On saying.at the table. Meals are cold and very so late. Our Guest got escorted out by security.then the rest of us was told to leave them premises. Asked security who the manager was. I was told don't have one.
An interesting evening to say.we all of 60 years old. " Not intrested in bringing back the biff. "
The happiest staff there was the guy in the bar who was leaving that night.

The last time I sent in a negative report about this hotel, I got bombarded with special offers and discounts. Yet when I call to make a dinner reservation for two, you are booked out. Discounts have run out, how rediculous.

Very big rooms, clean, comfortable beds, our room had washer and dryer, highly recommend, has pool and restaurant.pharmacy close by also

Always VERY happy with Motel, but disappointed with bistro. Meals went to wrong table, then husbands meal had vegies, we ordered salad, and it wasn't as of it was a busy night. We will stay again, but will not go to bistro.

Absolutely disgusting service. Whilst travelling up towards Townsville we tried to book 2 rooms for the night. Booking.com was $120 but internet service being what it is it keep dropping out so we called to book the rooms on arrival the price was $130 a room. I asked if they could match booking.com to which the receptionist said they also get charged a fee from booking.com but she would not match the price. The manager then came & also said No & we couldn't get a refund as its their policy although this was never told, shown or mentioned.

Customer service is great. Food is delicious and super quick to come out. The only negative is the bathroom was dirty.
Overall good experience and would go back again.
