Shades of Play

I visited the store to purchase s8 warming lubricant from male clerk he was rude and tried to overt sale me the product for 15.95 online the products 10.95 from Ea. Walked 10min and he said doesn’t do price matches, false advertising, awful customer service, store needs to be closed don’t shop here. The website doesn’t even advise the price was online only.

There is an old lady in here who is always in a bad mood. She doesn’t talk, she yells at you as if everyone owns her and she never smiles and also has a terrible judgemental attitude. Not good for customer service at all

My partner and I just visited the Brisbane Myers store. As soon as we walked in we received great service, great product knowledge and recommendations we were made to feel comfortable in the intimate surrounding. Cass was very easy to talk to.

I shop at Everything Adult in Elizabeth street regularly. I have always found them to have the best prices and the staff are really great and know heaps about their products.and they have cool costumes really cheap as well!

Forced me to buy a broken item of clothing when I didn't tear it.
Was about to buy it when she checks for tears, turns out it was torn and I ask for a new one off the rack. She accused me of tearing it and forced me to buy it despite me not even trying it on! Why would I be about to buy a faulty product if I knew it was faulty?
Have told all my industry girls to avoid this store like the plague. Will not be returning.
