A fantastic little shop with great customer service, beautiful dresses and some extremely reasonable prices. The sales assistant was beyond lovely and help myself and my best friend try on dresses today and has left us knowing we will only be getting dresses from here!

Great place for bride, bridesmaid and formal dresses. We were assisted by Mel and could not fault her customer service. Mel took the time to listen about what we were looking for and the colour we needed. This approached allowed us to use our time wisely without feeling pressured. Prices were very reasonable, easy access to parking and an open, clean and inviting space was presented

Lovely long gowns, Trish is very helpful, its hard for me to choose what to buy but with the nice opinion and helpful of this woman she's been so great. I picked the black long gown to use to attend a party. Highly recommended and look for Trish she will help you.

From the first second I called this store, I knew I was in good hands. I rang Sentani from Sydney in a last attempt to locate some high quality bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. I was so stressed but Melika and Trish were so calm and helpful providing me with alternate Tania Olsen dress options. I am so grateful for their amazing customer service, and overall just pure kindness and care. Weddings can be very stressful, and these amazing ladies helped me tick off one of the biggest areas of my to do list. I honestly could not recommend this amazing shop more xox

Amazing experience at Sentani! I had the pleasure of being looked after by Jordyn, who was so lovely and patient and very helpful. It was a really nice vibe and very private/not overwhelming which I loved! I didn’t end up buying my dream dress here as I ended up going with another one I tried on that day at a different store, but for so long my heart was set on one I’d tried on at Sentani and trust me it was HARD to make the decision. Beautiful quality dresses at suuuuper affordable prices, wide range of styles and sizes and great service - I will be coming back here to look at options for bridesmaid dresses:) Thank you Jordyn for making the first wedding dress store I went to such a nice experience and for setting the bar and expectations high!

Wanted to by give a shout-out to the team here for all their expertise - they truly make the whole wedding process the least stressful for the bride, and will go out of their way to ensure things will work for your big day! I bought 4 bridesmaids dresses here, and they were able to give great advice on styles, sizes and dress handling due to their experience. The stylist was so so helpful! She gave advice on accessories and picked out dresses that would suit me. Before I went, I spoke to them through their website to see if they would have the dress I was looking for in my size, and they gave me great advice. The boutique is so nice and isn’t overcrowded like other places I’ve seen. 100% would recommend going here first if you’re looking for a formal dress.

I bought my wedding dress from here about 7 months ago only to find when it arrived it was very different to the sample that I tried on. They told me that's how they are made now. I wasn't happy so they told me there was a "new" one on the way. When I received the "new" dress it was the old one just altered and I still wasn't happy. I got back all the money I paid but unfortunately it doubled my stress and left me only 6 months away from my wedding.

Thanks so much! I finally found the perfect dress. After looking for ages I started to give up and I ordered online and it was so easy and I am over the moon with my dress! Thanks so much to the girls in the shop who answered all my questions and were so patient! I highly recommend you guys to absolutely anyone!

This boutique is amazing! I went in to get a dress earlier in the year and the staff were so helpful and friendly - they made the experience so good. I had made a booking, which ended up being the best choice as I was prioritised and really looked after. This is not to say people that walked in weren’t, they were but maybe not the the same extent. I really appreciated this. After the incredible experience I had here, I had to come back for my graduation dress (which I ordered online). For both occasions I’ve been so disorganised and leaving it a bit close but Sentani has really put my needs first again! They went above and beyond for me to walk out of the shop with my first dress and have already shipped the dress I ordered 1 hour ago. Unbelievable! The online chat staff were so helpful, prompt and knowledgeable!
