Came into the store to play some of the crane games and try to win some prizes. Staff were incredibly unhelpful and the games themselves feel like a scam. Do not recommend this store.

When I enter a store like this I generally expect a more lively and engaged staff who know how to have fun. Went in on a few occasions in the past and was ignored every visit. Very disappointing.

What was that smell?: (Walked in and walked out. Not a nice experience. For real, strange smell emanated around the store, not pleasant. Floor was also dusty, though that is not a deal breaker for me usually, this combined with the strange and unpleasant smell did not create a good image of the store for me. Staff acted strangely too and I did not feel welcome, despite only taking a few steps inside. Had all the warmth of a damp, smelly haunted house up for reno. I should have taken the hint from other customers quickly exiting the store after a seconds perusal.

My experience with senpai.jp is quite an experience. The staffs were unhelpful even with one of the machines taking tokens and the claw not moving at all. The staffs were young adults but very immature, all they do were talking and ignoring the people coming in. I asked for help since the machine was broken, like a token refund but they told me to buy more tokens. Honestly disgusting behaviour, I do like the place but this experience was not good.

I have yet to buy anything. But the people in the store are always so lovely. The items they have are pretty cool and seem like good quality!

Its a great to have another store. Especially since its the south side of the city.
