Seed Heritage Pacific Fair

I bought a pair size 38 sneakers at the beginning.one week later drove 30 mins back to change it to size 39

The store manager did the check out. I didn’t check the receipt and shoes until yesterday. It’s still 38? !

To the day-dreaming store manger: If I want to keep size 38, why would I go back at the first place?
Don’t you feel stupid when you check out a pair of 38 and return a pair of 38 at the same time to the same customer? !

Specifically went to the Pacific Fair Store today as was told by staff at Robina that the store had sizes in items I wanted to purchase.

I Walked into the store with a younger female acquaintance- walked past two staff members neither acknowledged our arrival to the store and both looked my younger acquaintance up and down.

Went further into the store towards children’s wear and there were four staff busy talking amongst themselves.

They also did not greet us however had time to size up the younger acquaintance. Tried to make eye contact with one of the female staff members in the change room she looked away and continued her conversation with female staff member behind the counter.

Left the store without the items I went for.

Unfortunately had to give one star when none were deserved or warranted. Come on - do better!

Staff are rude and if you are a male don’t even think about going anywhere near the change rooms. Tried helping my partner after she asked me and she was told the don’t like men in here, yet no staff would help. Stay well away from the older blonde lady.

Went in over the weekend staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. No assistance what so ever.picked out garments and made my way to the register. 3-4 staff members were deep in conversation as I patiently waited for them to stop ignoring me and actually do some work that they’re getting paid to do. I would of walked out but I really needed to purchase a gift. I spent over $120 & staff asked if I’d like to have item wrapped. I opted for her offer. As I’m paying the staff member insisted I donate minimum $1. Apparently it’s a requirement to donate if you get the item wrapped or put inside a gift box. Which is absolutely BS because they offer this service free of charge every year with a purchase of over $30 AND I’d already spent $400 on Xmas gifts also from SEED the same morning and a another staff member had advised me she can wrap the items I had purchased free of charge.

I felt bullied and forced into making a donation. The staff said oh it’s just a dollar and begun giving me reasons why I should donate. Yet ended up charging me an additional $5. I’m not a stingy person and happy to donate to my choice of charity.when I feel like it. Not when some body insists I donate and provides no proof of charity organisation except I have to take her word for it. This isn’t ok!

Lying to customers absolutely disgusting! This is considered theft. I contacted the head office to report the matter and the receptionist that answered the phone said oh yeh you can give a donation it’s optional. She didn’t care, didn’t ask which store or any details what so ever. I can hear her playing with her mobile phone while she was talking to me.and also her responses were unprofessional and delayed. Seed Don’t value there customers & will do anything for your $. No morals or ethics for a reputable company absolutely appalling.

Conveniently located in Pacific Fair which of course has plenty of parking. The staff here are really lovely and friendly and had helpful suggestions of what to wear with things I tried on. The clothes are a nice style and fit I find. The staff were also very sweet to my little ones I had with me and welcoming. Really enjoy this shop.

Horrible staff - blonde with caked on makeup and fake eyelashes was very rude on Saturday 9 Feb. We were going to make several purchases but walked out. Maybe teach them some manners and customer service.

Came here mid September as I was looking for an outfit for an event. There was an item I was interested in and the tag said cotton/linen.

I asked a staff member and showed her the item because I wanted to know the percentages she said she would be right back and as soon as she walked away from me she went to another two women I assume she knew because she hugged them and began talking for nearly 10 minutes and I was clearly never going to get an answer.

The two stars was because the store is a nice shop to shop at. Just wish the service was better.

Seed is always worth a shop. Great clothes for mum and bub and amazing accessories. Perfect for every occasion. Pac Fair store is.no different. Well laid out with fantastic range.

This is a lovely Seed Heritage store in the Pacific Fair shopping center, it's very well set out. Seed Heritage is one of my favorite smart casual labels - they make classical, modern, casual and stylish clothing, shoes and accessories for all ages and sizes and also for most occasions. I shop here each time I travel up to the north coast, as you can always find something lovely to buy here, which is dangerous, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Whilst shopping here today I witnessed a blatant act of racism, shop assistant was rudely checking all bags of Asian shoppers but not those of other shoppers, it was embarrassing to watch.
