Have had my crimsafe door in for five years.
Randomly it came off the rails and we couldn’t get the door back in ourselves. Had a call out fee come and insert door back happy with the quote to insert a Crimsafe door back into the rails to slide normally. No mention of any parts need replacing will need to be charged extra.
Granted a crimsafe door should not come off the railing - my 23 kg dog apprantely walked into it continuously (which there is a doggy door for her to go through) so I questioned if she can knock it off the railings what can a intruder do?
I was charged an extra $80 from the original call out fee -two rollers as there was dog hair caught in it. Just thought my warranty would have covered this but alas a dog knocking it off the ranch slider railing is not covered.
End of day it’s not crimsafe unless it’s crimsafe.

Can I just say what an absolutely Incredible team you have. Every person from the very start to the very end have been so personable and friendly, professional, knowledgeable and just great to deal with. We need to get the rest of our house done and will list definitely using you. We will also highly recommend your company. It’s sad but we don’t often get this level of service this day and age. Who ever hires the staff has done a great job.

We built a house ten years ago and used Securelux to do our screens for our sliders and windows. Over the last few years have also had them back to do odd jobs and a couple of external doors as well. For the whole time, I have always had an amazing service, the accounts team are wonderful, so helpful and efficient and the installers have always arrived as expected on time, always professional and super tidy, I even heard them using a vacuum for my outside door! We just had another door installed today and Chris, the installer, was great, the door was installed ahead of time and price was realistic. Definitely worth getting them out to do a quote 10/10

The service provided by SecureLux was amazing- from Matt who came out to give us a quote, to the people who came out to do the measurements and to the two people who came to do the installation and also to the ladies in the office- nothing was too much trouble for any of them.
