Takes at least 20mins to get a simple script, even when they are quiet they talk to customers for way to long just absolutely useless

Maddy was EXTREMELY rude the way she pulls faces at customers. She needs to learn some professionalism and stop being so rude to people.

Extremely disappointed. About sleep apnea machine. When I had heard so time after the machines were recalled I called Scott’s St Pharmacy about Recall the lady told me (it is nothing to do with them). They never even contacted me. A friend had a phone call from the place they bought there’s from much better Service.

It was wonderful to have the friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff at Scott Street Pharmacy help me over the phone yesterday. The products I needed were in stock and I received them within 24hrs. This pharmacy genuinely cares for our community, Great Service!

A pharmacy should have polite caring staff. It's not easy to be happy all the time, but the rudeness of one man is enough to ruin your day. 9.15am and he is spewing with rude and condescending attitude.

The staff in sleep apnea area were really helpful. They checked the CPAP, cleaned the mask and changed the filter and only charged me for the new filters. Great service!

Wife went in for progesterone pessaries today 30/07/21 and the pharmacist was arrogant and refused to give her the pack of applicators that comes with them, instead saying to just reuse her old used ones from a previous script, this is a major NO! Reusing can cause UTI's and as we are going through IVF it would be irresponsible to risk it over a little plastic applicator. NOT HAPPY!

Not having what my doctor required.then telling me that you can't get estrogen implants any more. Stenlake pharmacy in Sydney supplies makes them.

Used to their sleep apnea department. They have unmatched service, really excellent conduct and great quality products.

I suffer from sleep apnea. I needed a new piece for the mask I wear at night with my CPAP machine, as well as some new filters. They gave me a pensioner discount, and I was pleasantly surprised that the Scott Street Pharmacy also have a CPAP machine cleaning service for only $50.
I sleep comfortably now. They were right, I shouldn't have put it off so long.

This is the only COMPOUNDING pharmacy that I could find in the Toowoomba area. I live out of town and they have gone out of their way to make up a prescription that is not on the PBS. Excellent service.

I am a CPAP Customer I have moved to near Esk and still come to this Pharmacy for everything, best service best staff best advice! And can buy Ex-Rentals if you are a bit short of money!
