Visited Scooter Hut for a look around and was helped by Emily.
She was extremely helpful, genuine and knowledgeable, comparing specs of any scooter we were interested in.
She even sent us a quote and specification guide to help us make a decision and compare with other stores. TOP WORKER!

Very professional customer service, very welcoming and polite. I received a kind approach to my needs from Rae and the team. The support with my sale of a freestyle and electric scooters was second to none. I was guided through the selection of accessories and parts with ease and was impressed with the selection of options available.
I will be back to buy an inmotion air pro and more accessories for my niece.

Walked in looking for my first electric scooter. Staff were so helpful and patient with me explaining all the options and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend seeing the team there for anything you need.

I have had some Horror Stories/ bad experiences when it comes to purchasing an e scooter in the past from other businesses.
I’m pleased to say that Nic & the staff @ Scooter Hut Robina went above and beyond to meet my needs!
They found what I needed promptly and contacted me immediately!
You are absolutely crazy if you go anywhere else!

Went in for a puncture repair and was told 6 weeks.
Friendly staff (which is the one star) but come on.

I wish I could give it even less, recently I went in to the store to look into a e scooter. A young gentleman gave us some insight and we had agreed to a price and I was going to return the day following. When I arrived, I started a conversation with a different sales men who said the guy from yesterday was completely wrong about everything. This was confusing but moving on i decided to buy the scooter for the price shown in the photo below. When finalising the purchase the salesmen stated that there had been a price increase to $3400 even though just 16 hours earlier the scooter was at the tagged price in the photo. Australian law states that a vendor must sell the product for the advertised price unless misplaced etc.when I said that to the salesmen he walked out the back without another word said. After waiting 20 minutes as the other worker present was assisting a customer so I didn’t bother him the salesman returns we ask him again to sell the scooter for the price shown and he says he can’t and further states that he will not sell it to me then once again he disappears out the back of the shop. As the other worker finished with the customer he was helping me on finding another scooter and I purchased a Kaabo wolf gt 11 a $5,700. When I got home I later discovered that the “brand new” e scooter was manufactured in 1/2/2021. I feel bad writing such a poor review on a once fantastic business but with the money I have spent it is not right.

Purchased 2 eglide G30 scooters. Electric brake failed on 1 with the first week and the other has deck grip peeling away and handlebars not aligned. Returned both but it was an absolute headache and was without scooters or weeks. I was blamed for the issues saying it was maintenance problems and staff member seemed like he couldn't care less about the problems and couldnt tell me how long Id be without the scooters. Terrible communication between the head office and the store with issues and neither were very helpful or made the situation easy and smooth to sort out.
Received 2 replacements, both batteries died and won't charge after only 2 months. Eventually got a refund. During the 4 months owning them they were being fixed/replaced for a total of 6 weeks and I made atleast 10-15 phones call and made about 10 trips back and forth to robina to sort out problems.
Very disappointed kids now with no scooters.
Not worth the headache!

Purchased the E Glide scooter while I don’t have a car and I’m fairly confident it’s defected - handle bars came off mid drive at 15kms an hour which essentially turned it into a skateboard - then crashed. Lucky I wasn’t near a main road/cars or I’d be in hospital.

Power port is faulty and won’t charge properly.

Breaks no longer work.

Contacted Robina and they said essentially it’s a 1+ month to assess it.

I’ve tried calling head office about 5-7 times now and phone lines play music and then disconnects.

I’ve honestly never dealt with a company this bad and I have no idea what to do now.

Didn't get what I wanted as the deal ended few hours prior but they did look after me with a different scooter not the same range of distance but a good price. I will be back again.

Poor Service, even if your scooter is under warranty they still charging you a lot of money for the service and maintenance. I’ve wanted for a month to get my scooter back. Bad experience in this store. Very disappointed.

Went to Scooter Hut Robina this morning to purchase a custom scooter. Harry and the team were so helpful and professional. They answered all our questions and provided valuable information. Highly recommend their store and service. Loads of parts and stock to choose from.

As with all the other scooter hut stores ive been to both here and in adelaide, the staff are always amazing and go out of their way to please, and with a couple of thousand spent in store and online i still havent found anything to speak poorly of. Keep it up guys! Love your work!

As an older rider (50-55 age bracket) I was just wanting an alternative to parking my car at car parks "it keeps getting damaged by other drivers". I thought an e-scooter could be worth looking into for local trips and work trips to the train station and back.
Upon doing some research online I headed into Scooter Hut Gold Coast (Robina) and was greeted by a really friendly and knowledgeable staff member "sorry I forget his name as I would love to mention him, Saturday morning 5th March" who gave me the run down of the e-scooter, then built it for me when I said I would purchase it. He answered all the questions I had, and as far as the ride home went, I had a blast "I should mention I do also ride motorbikes and have had an electric skateboard in the past so believe I am not over the proverbial hill as yet! " I think for the small price paid for the Inmotion S1 as opposed to the insurance excess on getting my car fixed, this really is a no brainer purchase for me, and I absolutely love the e-scooter. Don't knock it till you've tried it I say, and a big thanks to Scooter Hut Gold Coast (Robina) for being so awesome. Happy riding all

The staff here have proved to always be accommodating and knowledgeable.
My reason for only 3 stars is after buying 2 Kaabo Skywalker 10c scooters and returning at the 6 month point to get both scooters serviced to comply with warranty conditions, the service technician was quick to blame user error on some faults that were raised. Upon picking the scooters up post service after having some folding mechanism adjustments amongst other things completed, the frame section around the folding mechanism is now somewhat distorted (which was blamed on user error despite not being present pre-service), some of the simple adjustments had not been completed and there is now now damage to the painted sections on the top of the front shock absorbers.

I would most certain recommend scooter hut when buying your new scooter Wether it be for pleasure or commuting but I would strongly advise taking multiple photos of any product prior to presenting it for service.

Great Scooter shop had all different types of e' Scooters.
After looking and researching for an electric scooter for 5 months I decided on the Inmotion s1 what a great buy very happy.
From the guys in store for their help and support in choosing the right scooter.

What poor customer services. I walked in there this afternoon, ready to drop $7K on two scooters and the sales person tells me please to not put my feet on the scooter because he has to clean them. Seriously how do you test it.then tells me he can't even give me $50 discount on two scooters. Mate I am on my way to a different store to go buy scooters.
