I rented twice from this store for there 50cc scooters. The younger gentleman from Vietnam who works here was exceptionally nice. Additionally he gave me bottled water, offered advice on where to go and let me have a full two hours even after arriving late. Thanks again to him and the other younger gentlemen working there, those two guys represent your company very well! Thanks again!

Couldn’t tell you what their bikes are like. Reached out numerous times. No response. They don’t get back to you.if they’d responded to my messages as quick as they respond to this review, I wouldn’t have had to write it,

We had such a fun time renting the eGo scooters and we surprised the with how fast you can get going. The price was super reasonable and affordable plus everyone working were really kind and friendly. Thanks for the unique way to explore the city:)

I had a tourist run into the back of my vehicle, this company claims they have no insurance. Fortunately for me I have full comprehensive as understand the mentality of the society we live in. This company is being reported to every organisation I know.

Hired a 50cc scooter
Very reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. Also large range of different scooters to suit your needs.
I returned early because I didn't need it for the whole stay and only had to pay for the days I used it
The owner was very nice and more than happy to help us out.
Definetly recommend this place if your looking to hire a moped or a scooter

My partner and I hired 2 x 50Cc Petrol scooters, $70 each for 2 hours.
Being 50cc, one scooter maxed out at 47km. The other maxed out at 63km. Which is very unfair considering we paid for 50Cc bike to go the proper speed. Most places were charging $100 for a day worth of scooter riding and you guys charged $70 for only 2 hours. Yours scooters were so rusty and shaky when idling and on take off that I thought it was going to fall apart. Holding down the throttle it did not have any compression and did not want to take off. Wasn’t happy with services….

Great service, my mate broke down they came to the rescue and gave him a new scoot didn’t even charge the bond or for extra time. Definitely recommend.

What an awesome experience. I highly recommend this place. The staff were superb. We arrived and the process was easy and fast to check in. We were off and going in no time. There were plenty of places to ride safely (off the roads). My Bond deposit was paid back straight away. Thank you, we will be back

I came in with my 4 year old daughter yesterday. Really nice lady served us. We hired an electric scooter for an hr on a quick decision after walking past. Was really fun. We went up to the peacock park. She loved it. Thanks for that, I highly recommend this place.

Great price for electric scooters. Had them within 20 mins and all the staff were extremely kind / helpful

I had the WORST experience with this company. I CAN NOT believe how rude the man was towards women. He did not respect me and my friends, nor did he listen to us when we tryed to explain that a bike was faulty. I thought this company was supposed to be professional, it isn't even close to it. I DO NOT care who you are, you DO NOT be rude towards customers let alone women. Futhermore, this faulty bike caused a accident, which injured my mother, and then he decided that he would take advantage of that and not return our deposit. I know some people might not take this into consideration, but i am WARNING you to go somewhere else to hire scooters.

I simply called to ask my license could be used for the 50 CC scooter, the person who answered the call was rude - when I was still talking to them after saying I didn’t know this - they simply said bye and hung up.
Maybe the person was having a bad day, I’m not too sure, but personally I felt like the customer service was rash.

I’ve seen many good reviews so I’ll hang this on maybe they were having a bad day.

The worst service accusing people of stealing helmets very bad manners worst customer service I don’t recommend at all we were a massive group and we all left disappointed

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Coming from a man with a lot of experience in customer service, i do not recommend this business to ANYONE. Its a dodgy company that should be shut down immediately.

The red electric tricycles you stand on are awesome to ride along the beachside at sunset, although U need to return them by 6pm
