Wonderful boxing day experience inside Sass and Bide.

Great staff who were friendly and helpful. Stock was plentiful and pricing was awesome.

Picked up a few great deals in and out quickly thanks to the friendly staff.

Really terriable shop experience with this sass & bide shop in harbour town shooping center.will not recommend friend to go and buy this brand.

Overall very disappointing especially for a reputable brand, only explanation is racist staff.

The minute I walked in the staff did not greet or acknowledge myself or an Asian appearance customer. We were the only people in the store apart from staff. Picked out a few garments, staff stood next to me added items to the rack but didn’t say anything and returned to hang out at the desk.

Another staff member came over stood right beside me she was straightening out the hangers that I just touched. I felt like she was trying to kick me out of the store. I said excuse me could you please help me. Staff looked me in the eyes then walked away. I thought ok surely she didn’t hear me. I then repeated myself twice. Excuse me, excuse me. All three cashiers standing behind the register doing absolutely nothing but socialising ignored me. This instantly put me off.

Anyway the Asian lady with her partner and son helped themselves to the change room. A staff member stood near the change room didn’t ask them if they needed help with sizing etc. Stood there with her hands in her pocket then walked back to the register. A short time later a blonde Caucasian woman walked in and was immediately greeted. All three looked up at her and smiled. I returned my garments to the rack and left the store.

Fairly new store, old stock, probably won’t last long with the lack of service.
