Not very impressed. Dropped off care packages for DV victims had the feeling they will be flat out getting them. They will not take warm socks & scarves or clothing. Thought they are supposed to help those in need

I go to meditation session offered there on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. Very down to earth people running the programs and very nice organisation managing the hall:)

Please support this local organisation they do so much for the local community, and have done for the last 30 years! If you are wanting to be charitable, please start at home 100% goes into supporting our most vulnerable locals, so many charitable organisations are top heavy, and the funds rarely get to where they are meant to go, yes you may win a raffle so what! See what throwing a couple of bucks to your local community organisation wherever you live can do. You never know you could need them.

The team at SANDBAG is so passionate, sincere, and helpful, providing a broad range of community facilities, drop-in service, referral services, emergency food hampers, domestic violence counselling, Disability Employment Services, skills and employment programs, NDIS disability support services, and so much more. Their social enterprise SEED also provides landscape maintenance and commercial cleaning services. This organisation is a part of the fabric of Sandgate, Bracken Ridge, Brighton, the 4017 postcode area, and well beyond. If you ever are needing support or to connect more in your community, visit the team at SANDBAG.

These people are so helpful if you're going through hard times like we all do at different stages during our lives.
They are genuinely there to help and they are not there for show like a lot of places that offer assistance, they will actually do all they can for you.
I couldn't praise them more highly

Love this place the entertainment is great the food is okay but what it's there for is raising money for the people who need help in the community. The musicians and other entertainers give their time for no monatary rewards but to bring people together to have a great time and support the community. Great place to meet other people.

Your public apology wouldn't be necessary Bec from: A painters dream"if you were not in the wrong. Why are you sending the Artist whom the work you stole from abusive messages? I think you need to leave the Artist Alone once and for all. It's not the first time you have stolen this artist and other local artist work.
Very sad indeed and let's see what reviews they get after this post just to prove your harassment even more. Last time you got your friends giving the other artist bad ratings after you initiated abuse on them. Very unprofessional Bec.

I attended a painting workshop. The teacher was great and very supportive. I went alone but it would probably be better to attend in a group.

Gary Hunt Community Support Worker was such a pleasure to liaise with when we hired the venue for our charity night to support Special Olympics Australia. He went the extra mile turning up in unpaid time just to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible.
His advice and help to newbies who had not organised such an event before was beyond generous and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure.

I volunteer for Sandbag on Wednesdays.
The actual staff are a very great bunch of people and very helpful to all walks of life.
The volunteers I work with are very jovial and humorous.

Very bad traineeship for land management and conservation. Pick out weeds for 18 week had no ute had to use other clam persons ute to transport tools. Get no acdc licence no white card. They hired a very bad trainer that could not even know how to use a whipper snipper also was very unprofessional. Got talked down to by management. Might be good for community, but for traineeships go somewhere else.
