What a wonderful experience. So relaxing that I fell asleep. The spa itself is elegant and looks stunning but I highly recommend the relaxation massage it made my day. I feel so zen.

I had the pleasure of having Charlotte do my makeup recently, and I must say, she is absolutely amazing at what she does. From the moment I walked into her studio, she made me feel so welcome and at ease.

Charlotte's attention to detail and eye for beauty is truly exceptional. She carefully listened to my preferences and asked all the right questions to understand exactly how I wanted to look.

As she worked her magic, I watched in awe as Charlotte transformed me into the most beautiful version of myself. Her makeup techniques are truly top-notch, and she effortlessly enhanced my features while still making me look natural and radiant. She paid impeccable attention to every little detail, ensuring that everything was perfectly blended and flawless.

Not only is Charlotte an incredibly talented makeup artist, but she also has a genuine warmth and kindness that made my experience with her even more memorable. She has a knack for making people feel comfortable and confident, and her positive energy truly shines through in her work.

After Charlotte finished my makeup, I felt like an absolute goddess. It was clear that she had put so much thought and effort into every aspect of the look, and she had exceeded all my expectations. I received so many compliments that day, and I owe it all to Charlotte's incredible skills.

I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for a makeup artist who is not only talented, but also passionate, friendly, and dedicated to making you feel beautiful. She is truly a gem in the industry, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her.

Been a few times now normal there pretty good but I don't know what the go was in my last appointment, I was booked in for an hour and half long facial. Yet I spend most of lying around with two masks on my face, the first mask the girl was in the room with me doing god knows what and the second time I was left in the room on my own for ages, I would say a good 40- 45 minutes waisted.

Deffently not worth the $199 I spent there.

This is the second time (first being a few years ago) that this has happened. I wasn't impressed then and can't say I'm impressed now.

Sanctum Medi Spa has been my go to place since moving to the Isa almost 8 years ago - never a bad experience, and I always leave feeling elated. If you haven't tried the Hydrafacial MD - you are missing out! They have a great team and the girls are just lovely. Thank you Sanctum x x

What a fantastic find! Have had several treatments today. A lash tint and some waxing and everything was exceptional. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, the salon is spotlessly clean, the attention to detail is first class, and I even got to have a delightful cup of lemongrass and ginger tea! What more could a girl want when out being pampered in Mount Isa! I can not recommend this place highly enough. And special shout out to Luke on reception. Thank you for putting up with my awkward shift changes! Can't wait to see you all in a month xx

Have had lash lifts done at many places, and have never been 100% happy with the outcome. Bailey was awesome and really listened to what I needed to get these short, stubbornly flat lashes to curl and look super pretty. Really enjoyed my experience and will be back!

I was so happy when l first had treatment here. I was travelling and needed my nails removed. They were really nice to me except the woman boss. She was a bit rude to me.

Anyway home now and they didnt completely remove the artificial nails so now I have to go and get them removed. It cost $90 which l was a bit horrified but l needed them done and being in the outback it was hard to find anywhere.

I dont recommend this place to anyone very disappointed

Good service, pleasant beautician but expensive which l'm finding a lot in the outback. Twice the cost of what l usually pay further down south.

Horrible experience. Would never recommend anyone attending this salon if you are after even the lowest level of customer service as they have none at all.

I sent private review, but didn't get any reply. I had a waxing app. The salon is nice, therapist was good (bit slow though) and did not tend to have awkward conversations, which suited me.
Unfortunately.she was using double dipping into the wax, which is highly unhygienic (and even with Covid!) and I don't think the price of wooden spatulas is that high to save money and use just one during the whole procedure.
Also, when paying I got informed, the Eftpos is not working and I had to go get cash. They could have informed me while I was waiting there for 10 mins before the procedure.

Love this place! Great customer service and even better treatment! Lianas work is amazing, can’t recommend her enough! 10/10.

A great place but today I was booked in for a one and half hr massage.was taken at 2.50 for face wax first and then my massage. I was out at reception at 4.25 so doesn't add up to me.feeling disappointed.

Lovely service and great treatment packages. Had 2 minor issues with appointment times and a mix up with when to get out of the spa. When management found out my treatment hadn't gone 100% smoothly they moved heaven and earth to make this up to me. They didn't have too, as the two issues were so minor they would not have stopped me going back again. Lovely to know that each client is valued and not just another appointment. Overall highly recommend!

The best day spa and beauty therapists in Mount Isa hands down! Luxurious setting with experienced therapists that know how to look after you. Ah-mazing!
