90Extremely helpful and friendly staff. A young man stayed back till 6pm since I arrived just before 5.30pm, so that I could have my phone sent away to be repaired before the next day.
Went in to inquire to check for a within warranty for my s22 ultra for the unit power button was stuck and the phone has a rattle and also the well known black screen of death for my s20 note ultra. I was told that the rattle is normal and power button just needs to be pressed hard. The black screen of death is not officially recognised by Samsung and quote would be $66 and screen replacement would cost $480. Hardly worth the repair for a worldwide known reported fault and sadly a refusal to recognise it. The consultant was friendly which is good as I was cautious after reading all the reviews.
Excellent service from Teddy, he helped my elderly dad today in buying a new phone, he was very patient and understanding with my dad as he is hearing impaired and can be a little difficult at times but 10/10 for Teddy. I have worked in the customer service industry for a very long time and I would highly recommend him in any customer facing service position. Well done
PS. He even helped my dad with setting up his hotspot on his laptop. Above and beyond
Last Thursday & a thank you to TEDDY @ SAMSUNG CHERMSIDE S/C. Was starting the day fine, phone was charging fine until it wouldnt charge anymore, saying it had moisture in terminal even though it wasnt wet. With many cracks from shinning to holding up new upgrade. So needing my phone for my job being a courier. I was desperate and while organising a new phone with Vodafone at Chermside shopping centre, to my horror realizing my phone was a permanent paper weight and the fact that my photos and videos of my beloved Maddie Mae would be lost forever.
So when I noticed SAMSUNG next door I raced in and the nicest human, with real compassion to my situation, knowing about my deceased dog charged my phone up with their charging bed so I can have enough charge to do a transfer. So a big shout out to TEDDY @ SAMSUNG CHERMSIDE for going up and beyond and for even booking me an appointment so it can be uploaded to their cloud, if the cable wont permit transfering files. Thank you, saved me from some real regrettable heartbreak.
Got S20+ and had the green line issue recently. Samsung is degrading in terms of services as they told it was going to cost $420 to fix that where as the issue is with the mobile phone and no physical damage. Poor phone quality and unreliable which is why people rely on Apple products.
Terrible service and backing of their products. Wanted to charge an assessment fee of $66 to even look at my faulty Samsung Note 20 Ultra phone and advised would likely be a very expensive fix afterwards due to the type of fault. The fault due to bad craftsmanship and the fault of the actual build of the phone.
Would not listen to any reasoning or facts or back up Samsung claims on the phone specs, just wanted to charge $66 and then exorbitant amounts to then possibly fix. Shame Samsung does not stand behind their claims on their phones especially their flagship lines. Boycotting this brand and advising all friends and family to do the same.
They didn't know how much it would cost to get a screen replacement on my Samsung phone. Sent me somewhere else.
Went to this store today to look for a new Samsung phone the young lady who I believe was possibly from Brazil was extremely helpful and had very good product knowledge. The store is very lucky to have such a good staff member. I wish I had got her name.
Amazing staff! Absolutely made my day by helping me out with a new stylus for my Galaxy Note 10+.
Unfortunatly not the most friendly service, there was no one else In store and plenty of staff standing around, just wanted to buy a new charger and was treated like an inconvenience. I was fobbed off to a different staff member, equally as annoyed I dared turned up to the store. Unfortunalty I was also sold a charger that was not compatable with my samsung device. Didnt realise until i got home. I called to ask if I could exchange it as it wasn't compatable and was just told technology moves on and the times change. Ummmmm ok then why take my money if they didn't have the charger I needed for my pretty recent phone? Was eventually told I could come into the store and maybe get a refund instead. Hopefully I can speak to someone else when I go into exchange/refund.
One of the few shops that top my list. Love this customer oriented shop where they treat you well.
This morning, I dropped my sons phone off and was greeted with amazing service. They told me that the repairs that had to be done were going to take up until Thursday, I told them that I was only in Brisbane today and that his dad would have to pick it up the next weekend that he came back. Anyways, later that afternoon I get a text that informed me that my phone was ready to be picked up. When I got back to the store hey had told me that they had put a rush on the phone to get repaired because they knew I was leaving that afternoon.
The service was amazing, and the workers were kind.
10/10 recommended for everyone.

Recently went into the new store! And wow! It's incredible and set out beautifully. The floor is organised and was easy to find what I was looking for. The workers are also friendly and helpful and helped me with exactly what I was looking for. All in all a great experience! Will definitely be going back!
I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra, and I lost the beloved S-Pen. I rang these guys, they out one aside for me, and within 30mins, my angst was resolved. Fantastic service!

Waited in line more than 30 minutes even though i was only customer number 2.staff kept their heads low and avioded eye contact, presumably to avoid having to give service.pretended to be busy searching for something on their laotops.disappointing service, if you can call it that.
Impossible to get the store to answer the phone or return a call after leaving a voicemail. Very frustrating.
I lost my Samsung phone and Peter from the Kiosk went above and beyond to help me locate it in the shopping centre. He went as far as tracking the phone's location and escorting me around the centre until we located it. Thank you so much for your help and outstanding customer service!
