I 100/10 recommend going on Mishel’s sambaliscious Rio Tour! I went at the beginning of this year to perform in Carnaval and it was absolutely one of the best experiences of my life! Every dollar was worth wild! Still can’t believe Mishel has created an opportunity like this to go!

For me, it was the safest and best way to travel to be apart of there amazing culture for the first time. Experiencing so many things you just wouldn’t experience going on your own.

Feeling like a local, Mishel provides you with everything you need before even arriving!
Her Rio guide booklet says it all! Including the smallest of details so you don’t have to worry about even looking like a tourist! Plus so much more to get you all prepared for your Carnaval experience! Mishel having 20years of training and performing in Brazil, why wouldn’t you not go!

Oh and best of all, there’s a boyfriend package! So you can bring your partner along! I did and he had a blast! Making the trip even more special!

PS, My favourite part of the tour was not only performing in Carnaval but also doing Mishel’s photoshoot package! A photoshoot in Rio! That should just say it all! It was amazing! Makeup, hair and styling all provided! Getting the opportunity to be in the streets of Brazil wearing a beautiful professional samba costume of your choice, and best of all getting to take home your amazing photos and video of the experience! Just wowwww!

I have loved my dance classes at Sambaliscious with Mishel. It been a fun way to exercise and really learn the history of this beautiful dance.
Mishel is very patient and takes time to explain and breakdown the steps as well.
The online classes supplement the weekly class so you can do as much as you like in between.

When I signed up for a term of beginners classes at Sambaliscious, I had little to no prior dance experience and knew absolutely no one before attending. I was immediately welcomed by Mishel and the other participants who all created a safe, supportive, and super fun environment. No matter your age, size, fitness level, or dance experience everyone is welcome at Sambaliscious.

Mishel is a fabulous teacher who makes each lesson feel like a party. She really breaks down each step to ensure we understand the movements and feel comfortable - I also love how each week we progress a bit further with technique, style and choreography. There are also options to stay at the beginner level and just enjoy the social and fitness benefits of Samba, or you can move up into more advanced classes.

Michelle is such an amazing teacher. I started Samba dance classes as a way to get out of the house and have some fun while exercising. I did not have any dance background but Michelle explains the moves and design the class in a way that no matter your skill level you can learn to Samba. It's a super friendly and fun environment with ladies of all different ages.

Mishel & her classes are SO GOOD! She teaches beginners all the way through pro performance with such powerful, graceful, strong energy that you truly do grow to be the very best dancer & performer you can be. I love how she breaks down technique with equal passion to sharing about the Brazilian culture & has so much real life experience to offer. Being a performer myself I find it so valuable learning from someone who’s still actively in the game & knows how to perform in many different environments. Dancing Samba with Mishel has been life changing. I used to do running an dancing when I was much younger but I had fallen out of the habit of doing any exercise and was struggling to motivate myself to get back into sport. The classes every week are challenging and fun and I look forward to going every week! Thanks Mishel!

Mishel had helped me organise a Samba class for my sisters Hens. Couldn't fault one thing. The Hen had an amazing time, Mishel made us all feel comfortable regardless of our various dance experience. We had so much fun and worked out a sweat at the same time. Highly Recommend!

Dancing samba with Mishel at Sambaliscious has been some of the best nights of my life. As a teacher Mishel is highly organised, knowledgeable, approachable. She is able to explain dancing samba in an accessable way, and able to cater for a diverse range of women (AND MEN!).
