8I was wrongfully accused of stealing a necklace and when the manager didn't find anything on me she let me go, then the volunteer and a supposed "witness" showed up to my place of work and made my boss pay $25 for a necklace I supposedly stole. I find this behavior to be horrid and unbelievably unprofessional, I only recommend this establishment to people who want to be harassed.
Had to write a review when I saw all the negative comments about the staff. I have found the staff lovely & very helpful here. The store is well set out & includes a boutique section. The quality of the clothes are good & the store has a good turnover of items so there are always new clothes to look through each visit. Prices are really good so always able to get a good bargain
That person who said about Marge is right. I think that Marge is the same person. Trying to follow us like we were lepers because we are Asians. She doesn't deserve to work there even as a volunteer. She is damaging the name of the store. She talks so condescending.
If you want to feel unwelcome and judged by the staff here, then it’s a great place to shop at but I won’t be anymore.
Disappointing service. Other second hand stores have friendlier staff
I will never come back to this store and will never recommend this shop to my friends. The people there don’t know how to run a business, I did the right thing and rang up to put an item on hold and they sold out from underneath me. I’m very disappointed I wasted an hour drive. The staff were rude when we got there and terrible customer service. If I could give a zero star review I would. Never coming back to this salvos store.
It is a nice and clean store the volunteers are wonderful and the manager is friendly.please come have a look
BEST EVER SALVOS I have been to, in 40years! The amount of work these ladies and the manager have put into this store, is just wonderful. I was so very surprized. Top end clothes, great prices, lovely clean everything. Good for you guys, you really have done wonderful work with this shop.
