I've just found out the warehouse staff and truck drivers were all fired!
Let's hope that they go to Fair Work and/or A Current Affair.

Just before christmas too.

Been shopping here for years. Went in a couple of months ago and there was no menswear except for their mini display section at the entrance of the store. What gives? There was no notification to explain what was happening and if it would return nor where their inventory of menswear went. Because of this extremely disappointing occurrence I have not been back since. All this aside, the staff is generally very friendly.

We absolutely love this place and shop their extremely regularly. While things aren't necessarily a bargain you'll definitely find things you like. It's one of the very few op shops we've been to where they've never been rude or act like you may be shoplifting as some can stalk you around the store & make you want to immediately leave.

I find they're more often then not openly helpful & they also have free bread multiple times per week

Hopefully pricing will chill out soon (across the board)

Today Monty and Sam collected a lounge from my home. What an asset they are to your team. They were very friendly and helpful, and they took great care when removing the lounge not to damage it or the doorway. I’m pleased to know that others will benefit from this donation and that this lounge will have another life. Thanks Monty and Sam.

We greatly appreciated Sam and Monty's pleasant and friendly service, and for arriving on time to collect our donation of a treadmill. Cheers guys!

I highly recommend Salvos Redhill I picked up a good quality Avanti bicycle this morning in excellent condition, like brand new for a fraction of the price. I felt it was worth paying for something durable since I enjoy riding so much. There are also some top end road bicycles for the cycling enthusiasts. There is a bicycle repair and service shop there as well, which was handy to ask them questions.

Went to pick up a bicyle but was blow away by the cost. They are so expensive compared to Marketplace or even the other op shops like the Veterans Store at Alderly. It's sad to see these Salvos stores run like a profit making enterprise.

Not sure what’s going on here but this store is normally chock a block with stock but it’s been looking very sparse lately. The jewellery rack has only had about 3 necklaces hanging on it for the past month. The bric and brac shelves usually heaving with goodies only have over priced junk and the furniture shed again full of rubbish furniture. There are a few nice things in the clothing and accessories section but they are grossly overpriced.

Don't bother driving out there and dealing with people in the city. I agree they do have lots of clothes however alot did not have a price tag. There was a skirt from forever new that i really liked and didn't have a price tag on it. In all other op shops when you would go up to purchase it they would come up with a price however not this place. When we were served by a very rude and arrogant lady when i explained it didn't have a tag on it she took it out of my hands and put it under the counter. I said oh no i still want to buy it and she rudely goes no you can't buy it because it doesn't have the price on it. I explained to her that i really liked it and wanted to buy it and she scoffs and goes no you can't have it! She was one of the rudest customer service assistant's i have come across and she was a paid employee not even a volunteer. I think they definetly need to reconsider who they have representing their company because they're definitely not supporting their community with a bitter attitude like hers. Will not be back and will be telling others to not bother.

Usually amazing service but the dude with the pony-tail needs to find somewhere else to volunteer at, he makes the others look bad. Clothes were left in a messy pile after paying and he just walked away, I'm sorry what?
Also, why is Dotti in the boutique section? Shocking sights today not worth the trip anymore, it's been going down hill for the past year. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

Some women's clothing overpriced. I had a card stamped 50% discount only on clothing under $30 which was fine I had 2 items for $50 so should have been $25 off. But at the register the girl said it's calculated on everything you buy. I had 3 other items not able to be discounted. At the end only $10 off the total. I said that doesn't sound right. The girl just walked off. In general have found customer service in op shops quite bad

Had a day out with my mum there and between us had about $100 worth of stuff to purchase. I found this little unbranded dish that I liked but noticed it wasn’t priced and when I went up to ask about it, the man refused to sell it to me. The man then loudly implied that I had removed the label to try get it for cheaper (which I didn’t) and when I asked for them to just re-price it now (I quite liked the item and would have paid probably more than it was worth for it) he refused and again implied that I was trying to scam them. This has completely rubbed me the wrong way as I thought the whole point of these shops were to make money for CHARITY! Like why they wouldn’t just price it then for me (I would have been happy to wait) is insane to me. Quite disgusting. I love op shopping, have been doing it my whole life and this has never EVER happened to me before.

A very large, hidden Salvo store in an industrial style building on a quiet back street in Red Hill. One side is solely clothes, whilst the other is full or bric-a-brac, collectables, furniture, books, ornaments, antiques and the usual suspects. Could spend an hour or two here looking over everything. Well worth a visit if you're a local Brismaze op-shopper.

The prices are so expensive compared to other Salvos stores. Try another local store for better stuff at more affordable prices.

It's VERY expensive, significantly more expensive then other op shops. All books and discs are at market price or higher, same goes for clothes

Large Garage Sale. Used to be great. Prices are insane. Target Mens T-Shirts used for $10. They can run for that new. Used to come here 10 years ago for used cameras and nice electrical goods, seem not to sell them anymore. Some good things can be found. I think most people put things on Marketplace or the dying Gumtree.

- UPDATE 2020 -
Forget it. I cannot go here without feeling miserable. Just do not go.
