13 Yuko is an absolute legend! Was a great help and so kind during the entire shopping experience!
100% Will be back!
I had a great experience to get advice and a goid customer service for a birthday gift.thanks to Rianna and her team.in Brisbane CBD.
I am amazed at the consistent and exceptional customer service that I have been provided by the staffs at this store. My casual visits to look around has always been pleasant as well. Special thanks to Yuko for her lovely and very professional service. I have never been this satisfied with the quality of customer service at luxury retails.
Excellent service every time I go there, decently priced high end shoes and very well made. Only have positive things to say about this store.
Bought some new shoes here the other day and I love them. Staff were courteous and professional. Hope I can return soon to buy some more!
Very, very rude, unprofessional staff. Served by Jessica. Asked to have a look at items seen online and she can't be bothered serving and simply just said 'what you see on the display is only what we've got in store. ' Saw the espradilles I wanted kept in the drawer but wasnt displayed on the shelf. I then requested for other staff to serve me as I couldnt bear having a rude staff to spoil my shopping day. Shoppers, avoid this staff or take your money elsewhere.
Ferragamo, please impose strict professional ethics on your staff as they are representing your brand.
I bought a phone case on last Friday night. I was so disappointing when I opened it. (photo 1 and 2). It looked like an old bag because the lock color wipe out but I haven't use it. Then I checked the photo (photo 3) which I took at the shop (just for ask my hubby is it looks good). Then I found that it's actually the same bag as the staff showed me. It means the staff just gave me an old bag.
I went back to the shop and asked for refund on last Sunday. The staff gave me a new bag immediately (I think she wanted to persuade me) and even asked did I checked the bag before buying. I was so angry (why don't give me a new bag on Friday? Why I have to worry about the details on the bag?) and told her that it's totally not my responsibility. (She just packed it after I confirmed to buy. I don't even know I paid for an old bag.) Then the staff made the refund but also asked for the photo which I took at the shop (just like I need to prove I'm not lying) Of course I showed her after she asked then she was silence a while and said it might because there was another group and took the wrong bag. (My friend saw the other group didn't buy anything) I said I won't trust the quality and everything there again. So bad experience. This is my first time to buy thing in here but never again. Better make sure you take photos to prove all the things and check all the things if anyone wants to buy things there!
My sisters and I absolutely adore the sales assistants at this boutique! Yuko is the best and we love coming here to visit her! We always have the best experience and find gorgeous pieces to purchase. The brand itself is timeless excellent craftsmanship and the most underrated designer. We are treated like friends rather than clients and receive 5 star service. Beautiful store with a sense of making the client feel at home and the champagne and chocolates yuko gives us always is an added bonus. Yuko you are an absolute pleasure to chat with and you are worth your weight in gold. Much love! We have so much fun when we come in thank you
Lovely experience with the SF lady today. Helped me with my belt and even kind enough to show me some nice pieces.
I love this brand & have purchased quite frequently especially overseas. Walked into Brisbane store greeted nicely by the doorman. May I suggest staff are educated that not everyone dresses black tie to go shopping. Judgenent gets you nowhere & I left because frankly the attitude was annoying. I left the salesman to go back & not have anyone to serve. I purchased elsewhere with a sales girl who had no heirs or graces.
Did Salvator Figure-his-arm-around you? This store is now closed and it doesn't surprise me, for a number of reasons: The staff were rude, and I did some personal research on the spending habits of Brisbane Central Business District spending habits. When I first arrived here I was looking for other people like myself, self funded travellers. I picked up the ATM receipts that they throw on the ground, most don't have $1000 saved, lucky if it's $400. The sales assistant in Peter Shepard said "This is Brisbane" but I thought "That's the name of a city not an excuse" (for office staff not to dress well) Unlike other Australian cities where if you don't dress up you might be fired from your job, this may not happen in Brisbane, probably because employers aren't paying them enough to do so. When the day is over they wisk themselves to their mode of transport and hurry to their mortgages, it seems. But that's demographics. Back to the store: Con't from before: Through one of those doors closing? I once browsed in here at some cool platform sandals. But this store too, sales assistant also passed an abuse of public information smartmouth comment. I am unpredictable with spending money as a consumer, frugal one season slashing out like a mermaid the next. Salvador go-Figure-your-arm-arround-you with their current "doors closing" visual window display could be inspired by the script of "Duece Bigelow in Europe" movie.
Shop closed now, but got my wallet from there, very friendly staff, good price, love shopping there
