Avoid this store at all costs! Experience the absolute worst customer service in Ipswich. The manager turned hostile when I sought a refund for incorrectly sized boots, subjecting me to a 10-minute barrage of insults like, “We don’t pay our staff $61 an hour (lol) to be an ATM. ” Shockingly, they accused me of trying to ruin Christmas and pressured my 17-year-old daughter to make continued purchases via store credit. Despite her previous significant in-store spending, this shop is a profound letdown to the Saddle World franchise.

Went to saddle world for the second time and once again what an amazing team great service and every single person helped us in our selection of products we will definitely be back to get more products thank you saddleworld and the owner of the shop great work keep it up

Drove from Brissie to get daughter jeans. Sales staff were fabulous. Know their stuff. Knew exactly what jeans would look good and suit body shape.
So many clothes! If you can't find something suitable amongst all there stock, then you have something wrong. Never seen so many clothes with an excellent selection of sizes.

Great shop, a variety of items, store layout is good, although when busy would be squishy, awesome friendly staff

Great store. However, customer service was a little lacking, probably due to there only being one staff member on a busy day. Had to wait almost 10 minutes to check out despite there being no line.

What an awesome shop! Jam packed with so much variety.and they stock bigger sizes as well, which is a lovely change and theyre prices are amazing. The staff here are super helpful and so very friendly. We are from Victoria and look forward to our next qld visit just to come back to the store. We'll done saddleworld X

Terrible customer service. Refunded me but never told me why. Sounded clueless on the phone when there was an 'issue' with my order. Won't be buying from them again

Went to buy gifts for friends.

Love this place, best place to buy all your horsey/country supplies. Never had a problem, love coming in, the staff are always happy and polite and very helpful

Really rude and dismissive service I received. Lots of huffing and puffing about having to help me. Very disappointing. So if I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic saddlery and western clothing business located in Ipswich QLD. After shopping in other locations for our gear we found this place and don't shop anywhere else now! They have a fantastic selection, the prices are awesome and the service is always fantastic! They also offer parking out the back for customers too which is handy. They also have an online store and will also allow you to pay over the phone so you can't go wrong shopping there.

Owner is extremely rude and unhelpful, treats everyone like they are wasting her time. Go to shires at browns Plains or horseland at Ipswich, they are both really good stores.

Absolutely terrible exchange with this company. I had ordered a dog collar and received the incorrect collar to the photo and description of which I had ordered. No big deal mistakes happen I am fairly understanding. I have sent two polite emails since which have both been ignored and have no Correspondence of the problem being solved. I try to always help smaller businesses but per circle would probably have solved this problem immediately or even responded.

0 STARS! There’s a woman that works here with no respect towards customers. Will never support this place again because she isn’t supporting her customers. Pathetic. Get respect for people. Especially while running a business. Disgusting behaviour.
