One of the biggest and well stocked pro shops you can find. Very experienced staff who are happy to please. Good location but booking a must for drilling. Very very busy pro shop for a reason.

What a great experience! Returning to the game after many years and needed equipment. So glad I made the trip to Mount Warren lanes and met Rudy. He helped kit me out with all that I needed, didn’t pull punches and left me throwing some of the best drilled balls! Felt like I’d been using them forever. Thanks Rudy. I’m looking forward to getting back to where I was.

Just went in to buy my first ever bowling ball. I got exactly what I wanted drilled to fit my hand and was out in less than an hour. Rudy himself was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and honestly just an absolute top bloke. Probably one of the best shopping experiences I've had.

Worst customer service ever. Wouldn’t recommend.
My son asked for some help, even though his mum buys his stuff off him and bowls at his centre in a disability league. Refused to help because the brace wasn’t brought from him. The brace was brought else where as a Xmas present from someone else. And because of this we didn’t know how it fitted. Wouldn’t even give my son the time of day. Drove an hour to place of purchase and they set it up in 30 seconds. Wow Rudy! Never buy again from you. And recommend other take money else where.

Went in to see Rudy about purchasing my younger brother his first ball and was absolutely blown away by how down to earth he was and how amazing the service was. He was booked out and still made time for us, I couldn't be more grateful for the way he looked after by brother. Safe to say I will definitely be going back to Rudy to have a Ball made for my wife and myself. I would recommend Rudy to anyone in the market for a great ball and great service.

I've been bowling for 30+ years and seen plenty of (proshops) come and go in my time but Rudys Proshop and his proshop staff are unparalleled in their expertise in all things bowling related. They stock everything from balls to accesories and everything in between from all the major brands and if they dont have it they will do their best to try and get it in for you because the bowler always comes first to them. I've seen every single one of the staff go out of their way to help anyone and everyone with all their bowling needs from the elite through to the beginners and everyone in between including the elderly and disabled bowlers. Rudy's passion for the sport and experience in the proshop game (40+ years) is second to none and it's something he's instilled in all his proshop staff. Like any smart, professional business though if you have a ball you need drilled or anything else you need a hand with that you've purchased outside of his shop, the staff will still go above and beyond to help a bowler out. My advice is to hit up one of the guys from Rudy's proshop first though during their open hours or by appointment to make sure you're getting somthing that is going to enhance your game rather than hamper it. All in all I'm in agreeance with some of the best bowlers this country has when I say that Rudy's Proshop is definately the only proshop I'll ever use and with plenty of bowlers travelling interstate just to get gear drilled at Rudy's Proshop they must be doing something right

Rudy's reputation proceeded him. I knew going to Mount Warren Lanes pro shop was a good move. Rudy's attention to detail is beyond exceptional.

He took multiple measurements of my hand and spoke to me about my style and even inquired about which lanes I would be bowling at to help me chose the right ball. Wow!

He clearly explained how to maintain and take care of my new ball. He also took the time to coach me while a played a couple games.

What a legend! The ball fits perfectly! Mount Warren lanes is really quite far for me but I will be back for sure. Super impressed! 10/10
