Still waiting for a refund for a dead Acer computer that I haven't had for a month, more than a little annoyed with both Acer and rt Edwards, Will never deal with either of these companies again.
I called customer service numerous times, wasn't called back when told I would be. Received email promising refund within a week which didn't arrive until replying with my intention to report the matter to ACCC. Received refund after 5 weeks, not good enough.
Was Renting a computer and decided to upgrade after my first 2 years and went on a 5year contract to keep the PC at the end, thought why not I should save the money in a year to fully pay it off, saved $2500 called to pay out my item and was informed that I would be required to pay out the full 5 year contract at over $9000 which was not told to me at the time of signing the contract, R. T Edwards and inRent are not an Australian company worth supporting.
