RSPCA Op Shop - Underwood

The store layout is good after the recent change, however the staff that are on seem to only want to stand around and talk. There was literally bags of stock that had fallen off their shelf, in direct sight of the counter yet the staff member is too busy just staring off into space.
Is there even a manager there?

Awesome Thrift shop and friendly helpful staff. Volunteers and staff are great and some Bargains too!

Lovely op shop, good variety of clothing and bric a brac. Great area for pet supplies, including sale section which was great. Cute cats are also a bonus. Staff lovely and friendly.

Parking is a nightmare on Sunday. Literally went around for 10 minutes and up the roof and gave up.

Once upon a time in Opshop Land this was my favourite boutique style op shop which was a pleasure to shop in with gorgeous displays, a really nice vibe and high quality clothes but my recent visit was a huge disappointment! It looks cheap and nasty. What happened to this Fairytale?
Please change it back.

Well located off Logan Road, with ample parking. Very friendly staff. The store is spaciously set out. There's something for everyone, like crockery to clothing to large items of furniture, like the three seater leather lounge I've just purchased. Make sure you check and see if the store is open before you hop in the car.

I’ve shopped at this Underwood location several times because I love where the funding goes. Huge animal lover here
ALWAYS, joyful to see staff member Pamela, so helpful suggesting items of interest for me & wraps everything up so tidy.
The shop is always spotless and easy to find your way around, Pamela is very helpful with my elderly mother-in-law too. Thank you for always a fun experience and help towards our animal community xo

The first & last time I visited here, a few months ago, I said NEVER again. It felt very overpriced and immediately lost my interest.
I visited again with a friend & I'm happy to report I was pleasantly surprised.
Their pricing seemed reasonable for an op shop. And this one is very much as a boutique.
While it's a smaller sized shop they do have a good range of clothing, furniture, homewares etc.
Definitely worth a drop in if you're in the area.

You really need to visit, this is boutique style item display. Genius, future of opshopping.
The assistant is so so fruendly, helpful, just right for this job.
There is a great selection of items.

Closed yet again today due to unforseen circumstances. No updates or messages. Surely the most unreliabke op shop in Brisbane on opening days. CHECK FIRST!

A lovely set out charity store, they have lots of interesting things to chose from, and being only new they have a good selection. Things are more enjoyable and the staff are more chatty so the whole experience is really good. Amazing items in store, some new designer labels.they really get top pick donations. Rewards cards now available.so that's a bonus.

Beautiful shop lovely girl working there Prices are a bit high but not being able to EXCHANGE items was the biggest let down. These were books that i asked if i had double copies at home can i exchange not REFUND and was told NO only electrical items
This was very disappointing as all other charity shops do

Great new Op Shop to Underwood and right next to their RSPCA World for Pets pet supplies store AND animal adoptions? Not sure you could ask for more!
