RSPCA Black Cat Café reviews
36 As cat lovers, our family ventured to Black Cat Café in search of cute cats, pats and cuddles. Unfortunate BCC doesn't offer any of this. It is part of the RSPCA which predominantly houses dogs.
There is a cat play area which was not occupied on our on visit.
Notwithstanding, the food is delicious, reasonably priced and staff friendly. A great cause to support.
Coffee was great service outstanding, unfortunately there was not cats to see or interact with in the cafe which was the main reason we went
Did not think there would be a coffee cafe in this site. But it was relaxing to visit while the staff organised our adoption.
At a Wildcare workshop on site but was able to pre-order lunch. Charming staff produced excellent Eggs Benedict on time, generous serving, perfectly poached eggs; perfect.
I went to RSPCA at Wacol and discovered a hidden Black Cat Cafe. They have amazing coffee, and their menu offers many vegetarian and vegan options, which is great. The RSPCA helps all animals, big or small, with compassionate hearts. I hope soon they will offer a complete vegan menu experience to reflect this compassion for all animal friends. The cafe staff are friendly with a smile.
Lovely walking around rspca shop, op shop and adoption centre. Cafe was a bonus. Lovely volunteers
These guys know how to cafe! From a warm chai latte to a toasted grilled sandwich the food and service is fantastic!
Was served by Alyse, she was super friendly with the cutest smile, she also makes a great dirty chai.was a bonus ther there was a few cats lounging about to look at while enjoying my coffee. 10/10 recommend visiting
Couldn't imagine any better place to have breakfast, - it's just amazing having animals around, being around people that truly love and care for animals. The menu is fantastic, it has full breakfast options as well as quick bites. The coffee is beautiful, the atmosphere is fantastic and the staff are passionate and caring. Very clean place, fast service and the opportunity to get a furry friend for yourself or become a foster carer for an animal. Even coffee for the dogs is! Available Highly recommended!
Great place i had a very sick puppy and did everything to try and remeredy her problem i went and had a nice coffee while waited thsnk u RSPCA
Good place to see sweet animals but coffee and that isn't so great you can get the same quality at the hospital
Pricing structure basically dictates they are vegan and vegetarian with ridiculous prices for a government funded project. Left due to poor adoption process and found the AWL were cheaper and happily friendly not forced smiles
I took my children to make a donation to the animals, and we stopped in and had a bite to eat for lunch, serving of chips were quite large and really good as I have 2 fussy eaters. The pie and sausage roll were fantastic, the wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli were also really good.
But the milkshakes were more than exceptional. They took me back to when I was a child and went to a local milk bar, I haven't been able to find anywhere who would come close. So if you're over here definitely order one of their milkshakes they are fantastic.
Stopped in here to look at some cute furbabies and have a coffee with a friend. Great place to come. Coffee was good:)
Will come back again and bring my daughter
Worst experience ever had heard on the radio about some guinea pig needing homes. Spoke to our children our 4 year old so excited her very first pet of her own drive 40 minutes to get there when they open on Sunday morning only to be told can't get any cause you need to have pictures of your enclosure and you choose from the website and have to be approved to adopt them left with very upset miss 4year old.no details on website about any of the requirements very disappointed with your business.
Nice chips n gravy.very cat orientated and surrounded with pet supply shops etc. Also a pet adoption place.
It takes them 15-20 minutes to make one coffee. I feel sorry for the employees of the shelter having to spend almost half their lunch break just waiting for their drinks. Try working on improving your service.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the food.omg! I had the eggs benedict and for the price you pay ($17.50), I nearly died for the amount of food that come out on my plate, yet incredibly delicious.
Well done team, you guys were on to it and I could see that you were all smashing the orders out together.
Awesome team spirit
I'll definitely be back. I'm just trying to figure out how to buy a beautiful doggo and convince my partner that he's just always "been there" in the backyard, like my shoes that keep growing from the back of the closet
Friendly staff and they have pre-made wraps and sandwiches, however, you can customise them if you wish.
Staff are so lovely and kind. Always happy to cater to everyone's different dietary requirements. Amazing menu variety, with hot and cold food prepared for you daily as well as Dine in and Take away for those in a hurry
