Absolutely disgusting customer service. Walked in 2 staff members talking to themselves, went to find work boots, took 15 minutes before I had to go and ask for assistance and interrupt their conversation.
Be easier to buy online.

Had everything in stock just not large plastic gloves seem to have a shortage on them all aroubd Australia

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My partner went in today ask about an item the person said down the back. Could be bothered to show him as the 3 staff were to busy having a conversation of their own. He couldn't find what he wanted was. So walked back up the front to the 3 staff still having a conversation and still couldn't be bothered to help until he went to walk out. Then one ask are you right. He said since yous are so busy with your conversation and can't be bothered, don't worry about it, I will go somewhere else. I have also been in this store to purchase workwear twice and have never been back due to poor customer service. Staff always chatting with each other and not bothering with helping customers. I wasn't the only customer that walked out the day I was in their either. Obviously shouldn't be working their if you don't like customer service.

The store sells, the safety jogger work boots, got blisters from them, very uncomfortable, hard sole.

1 storeperson in store today 12/09/21, I said hello which was ignored! Found my own work boots! She was not helpful! I was served by 256! After I found my own size boots ans holstered please serve me! She finally unwittingly came to my side to lace boots up!

Zero service. 15 minutes looking at work boots, staff doing nothing and not bothered asking if I needed help. Dug through the boxes myself to find my size and try them on. Tried to pay by zip and afterpay but staff did not know how to do it and really didn't care less. Literally didn't care if I bought them or not. Very poor service.

They have an excellent range of safety products for work, also the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble.

Poor standards of pricing. Noticed several mistakes while looking for some work shorts. After taking my chosen items to the register, I was charged $10 more for each item. I looked back at the ticketed price and the register operator said prices had been wrong all morning. No offer to match the ticketed price, just a 'sorry'.
Well I'm sorry I won't be back.

What an amazing store, staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Kelly for helping me out decided on my new work boots. Would highly recommend using these guys for PPE.

Great service! Came in with mum where English is her second language: staff treated with her respect, and exceptional industry advice on their product.

Normally I'm quite happy with the level of service however today (Saturday 2/3/19) I went in there to look for some shirts but how can we compare prices when the prices are not clearly displayed. How hard is it to write a price even on a piece of paper?
I would have purchased more clothing but due to a lack of clearly labeled prices I just couldn't be bothered.
So every piece of clothing I am to get a staff member to take said item to the register to check? No thanks.
