Only is in the store 6 staff on No and I mean Zero customer service.boo!
And this represents shopping local

The staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The lady running the show is rude to her staff in front of customers.

What a great experience in customer service. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and was efficently helped to find the products I needed at a great price.

Went in on Saturday a week ago, was told by NEATO to go in, find what I want, get a quote and they will authorise it.
I go in, stand around for half an hour because there's no staff.
Then finally get told something different, no you can't pick and choose, they have a set list of items. Ok so I leave my name, number and what I need with the staff.
Nobody ever gets back to me.

Decided to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket as they don't deserve profits. I'll claim on Tax.

They have a huge range of workwear to choose from, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They showed me the company logo so I could confirm that it was correct. The quality of the clothing is of a high standard so it'll last a long time.

Went in to get wet weather gear. Good service and all sorts of handy stuff in addition to safety clothing

I can’t say how much I appreciate the staff at RSEA Cairns for their help in sourcing protective equipment on an urgent basis. The staff are extremely helpful and I am very grateful.

Found product online. Went into local store, ordered and paid for it. Waited the 7 to 10 days delivery time. Went into store on the 10th day after finding missed call on my phone from the 7th day. Was told I had to pay another $25 handling fee as order was under $400 (website now shows picture below). Was NOT given option to add to order to bring it over the $400 (I would've preferred that than paying $25 for nothing). Got my money back and unsure if I'll return to store.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Lost orders, uninterested rude staff and overpriced products.

Waited 3 months for a skirt. Could never get in touch with store.they always said they would call back and never did. Then call me and say I have to collect TODAY or the order is cancelled: (

I came into the shop the other day with the intention to buy some work shoes, walked around for about 5 min and not a single staff person walked up to me to help me. It wasn't busy at all, one of the staff was serving another customer, one staff members eyeballs were glued to a computer screen ignoring me, and another staff member walked right pass me into the back room without acknowledging me. I didn't feel welcome there at all

Love the new store, heaps of stock and reasonably priced. In a great location with plenty of parking, easy to swing in before or after work. Much better than totally work wear in my opinion.
