Im bald and work in the sun & wind all day, by the ocean. I needed a specific hat, had exhausted every workwear/hat store on the Gold coast. My final store was RSEA Burliegh, even though I had been to another RSEA store that work uses. The service lady Maddi showed me the options, it wasn't even close to what I needed. We chatted, she knew what I was looking for and said she will get what i needed. Ordered it with no requirement to purchase if I didn't like it. It arrived the next day, It was OMG perfect. Thankyou Maddi for going above and beyond, listening to my needs being lovely to me at begining even though was frustrated. I haven't thanked you in person but I will catch you soon enough I'm sure. Oh and every day I wear my hat. Thankyou Maddie. All the staff that day on the 16-08-23 were all great all listening and giving helpful comments.
Really impressive store, nice layout, good range and really friendly staff.
Best Customer Service I have ever seen. Not only did the staff member patiently help my husbands ever sore feet and specific shoe requirement but his Co Worker took the time to show my 5 year old blind son the store, getting him down different shoes to feel, explaining them in detail for him. My Son was so comfortable and happy there he now wants to work there as a grown up.
