This place is the place to find the best quality for bouquets and flowers! I gave my mother in law a beautiful Rosita bouquet and she loved it! The staff is very attentive to details and friendly, definitely recommend passing by.

I bought flowers today for Mother's Day, but the quality reall terrible. I can't believe it's 79 dollars.
And staff service also really rude when I was complaining the staff laughed at me. I’m not going to this shop naver again.

I want to recommend and thank the girls for their customer service, they always do a great job with the bouquets, I am very happy with the quality the service and the choice of flowers. Surely it's the best bouquets I've ever.

Worst customer service. Rude staffs member just talking to each other in their own language. Asked for help and was about to spend $100 to customise a bouquet and she just pointed outside said it's all they have. Too lazy to even assist and continue to chat. Pacific fair store is much more helpful.

Disappointing and unhappy with this place.
My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to my work place IN THE SAME shopping centre and they never showed up.
He then went into the shop where they said they had been delivered but I had not received but then changed their mind and said “it’s here, do you want them? ” Of course he did, because he had ordered and paid for them! To be delivered!
Then he received an email saying “ YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED”
Which it hasn’t, because he had to collect them manually and no give them to me.
What an absolute mess and a huge waste of money

BUYER BEWARE! Purchased a wrist corsage, which lasted just MINUTES, from box to wrist, before literally sliding off the bracelet.

Further investigation showed that the corsage was faulty, attached only with ribbons, that were cut far too short. They were not tied correctly and detached.

Considerable time was spent trying to reattach the flowers to the bracelet, causing much stress and resulting in myself and another guest missing most of the pre-engagement function.

Upon providing photographic evidence of the faulty corsage, I was advised firstly by staff at Garden City, that she was unable to help. She provided a phone number for “customer service” – I use the term very loosely – who also advised that they could not assist me. An email was sent, which remained unanswered, until I rang again and I then received an email response.

The response from Rosita Flowers was quite frankly most insulting. Rosita Flowers refused to take any responsibility for selling me a faulty product, instead blaming us for being “rough with it”. I have photographic, time stamped evidence that the faulty corsage was worn for only minutes. I also have retained the corsage, which shows no damage to the flower itself, clearly proving that there was no rough treatment, and that the corsage was poorly made and faulty.

Selling a faulty product and refusing to reimburse for the cost is clearly not in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. I will be taking this further.

I note that another guest was able to source, from a reputable florist, a replacement for me, which lasted the entire evening. PLEASE think very carefully before purchasing anything from Rosita Flowers for special events.

Bought a bunch of Rose yesterday 11/10, within 5mins back to the shop.we discovered the flowers were badly and dried leaves.my partner walk back to the store and asked for an exchanged (even refunded). They refused to do so and accusing us of not leave in water and we left the rose outside for too long.

Bad service and dont recommended at all

My go to flower shop! The flowers at Rosita are the most beautiful ones I’ve ever seen.
When I see there flowers it makes me so happy.
A wide selection of flowers. I am always willing to pay for high quality of unique flowers.
The flowers at this shop are just amazing.
The staff are also very welcoming, friendly and are willing to listen to my custom bouquet requests.
I will always keep coming back here!

I made a very expensive custom order to be picked up from this store. The order was an hour late than the pick up time agreed upon and once I received my order not only was it incorrect but the flowers were squashed and poor quality. I was told to ring head office as they could not do anything at the store, I rang head office and they were very dismissive and unapologetic about the situation. As someone who has been a regular customer for more than two years and has made multiple very expensive customer orders before, I was extremely upset and dissatisfied not only with the order I received but also with the way the situation was handled. Overall extremely disappointing.

Most beautiful flowers in town plus the staff is great. I'd request everyone searching for flowers to make time and support such businesses. Stop promoting the online mafia killing these small hard workers. Stay safe during the pandemic everyone. Wear masks when out wash hands everytime you touch unknown surfaces or things. Thanks

Why ar e flowers so expensive. How can you afford to spend 100 dollars plus for a bouquet and then pay again to have it delivered. Im in the wrong job.

Sent pink columbian roses which looked dead on arrival from Aspley store. All brown around the edges, leaves dead within 24 hours and filler flowers dropping buds. Phoned and complained to manager but only received sms reply that it was due to my not having 'looked after them'. For a bouquet which costs in excess of $100, this is outrageous. They advertise these flowers having 'longevity'. A very disappointing birthday experience.

The girls are extremely patient I bought pink floyd rose today and asked them 100+ questions beforehand.they kept proffesionnal attitude!
