Thank you for making the whole process so easy and for always being so welcoming and helpful. You are both so talented with how you are able to adjust the dress to make it fit perfectly! I cannot recommend Rosa and Mary highly enough.

We have visited Rosa and Mary’s and purchased dresses on previous occasions over the past 3 years. Unfortunately I will not be returning or recommending the shop in future.
The rudeness from Rosa on our last visit was appalling.
Apparently it occurred due my daughters not purchasing wedding and formal dresses from the shop earlier in the year (despite buying other dresses there previously). I had no idea that customers were obligated to buy dresses from the same place every time just because you visited the shop.
We had been in the shop for over an hour with very little assistance when nasty comments were made about us not buying the dresses from them.
As we were not expecting to be treated like that, my daughter and myself were left feeling very uncomfortable and upset. Other customers who witnessed this commented on the rudeness.
I have never had a retail owner try to make me feel guilty for buying dresses from another shop.
If you want an excellent experience with trying on formal dresses then go to Gossip Gowns. The staff there will make you feel like a princess.
And for Wedding dresses then go to WhiteLily Couture. Gracious and kind staff who know how to treat customers.
I usually like to help out small businesses but will not if they have no customer service values.

I couldn't recommend Rosa and Mary's more. If there was an option for 10 stars they'd get it. Out of all the bridal stores we went to on the coast this was by far the best. They have excellent range and the quality is better than what we saw elsewhere. They also do all the tailoring themselves on site. Whereas everywhere else sends you on to other people. The customer service is wonderful as you deal with the people who own the store who genuinely care about helping to find the right dress for you.

Had the most wonderful experience of altering my wedding dress, it was way too big in many areas and they completely fixed my dress in no time! So affordable and stunning. Couldn’t be more thankful for their service especially Rosa. I’m from Byron and wouldn’t go anywhere else they are amazing no where else to go if you want quality service these ladies know wedding alterations!

Treated my mum and sister horribly when they went in last week just because i decided to buy my wedding dress from a different bridal shop. (The dress i ended up buying they did not even stock so not sure why it would be an issue). Disgusting costumer service.

After hearing beautiful reviews from both family and word of mouth, Mary and Rosa were so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the 3 times I was there searching for my wedding dress. They had a fantastic selection of incredible gowns and despite my indecisiveness and the frustration I would have brought (after trying on a dozen or more), I was overwhelemd by Mary's utter patience and the kindness that she showed me, spending 1.5 hours or more each time. Despite sadly finding my gown at a different store, I highly reccomend going to Rosa and Mary's as they also perform all the alterations and adjustments in store.

Very disappointed with the quick answer of sorry we can’t do it just to sew a couple of logos to a shirt. Not even bother of asking when you need it for and I was happy to wait to have it done.

I went to nearly every bridal boutique on the coast, but nowhere felt as welcoming as Rosa and Mary’s. Mary was so helpful in helping me make my dream dress a reality, and nothing was too hard for her. I’m so glad my beautiful dress was from this gorgeous store?

I went to a few different bridal stores looking for my dress and I ended up back at Rosa and Mary’s Bridal because the were so warm and welcoming. Nothing was “too hard” and they didn’t make me feel like a number or just another sale they were looking for. I ended up going a bit over my budget but with absolutely no regrets! The dress was stunning and the few alterations done made it absolutely perfect.

I bought my wedding dress, veil, and hair piece from Rosa and Mary's Bridal Shop and I could not be happier with their service. Both ladies are so lovely and they spent a lot of time helping me decide on the exact dress and the exact modifications that I wanted. What stood out to me about Rosa and Mary's was their warmth and excellent customer service. I went to many bridal shops before Rosa and Mary's and several were not friendly, quick to usher you out, or they would try and pressure you into buying before you are ready. Rosa and Mary were the exact opposite and this made a significant difference in deciding which bridal shop to continue with. They also have a beautiful selection of gowns at various price ranges. I would definitely recommend Rosa and Mary's Bridal Shop and feel lucky to have had them be a part of our wedding.

Rosa and Mary have years of amazing experience, and combined with their attentiveness and kindness, trying on dresses is a delight! My niece found her year 12 formal dress and it was because they listened to what she wanted and noticed what worked well on her body.

I had an excellent experience trying wedding dresses here. I actually didn’t end up getting my dress from here but, out of all the places I went, the experience here was the nicest.

The dresses they have are absolutely stunning and they have a range of styles. I am a size 18 and they had plenty of dresses that fit me in the styles I was interested. No having to squeeze into something 5 sizes too small like so many other places.

They only take one appointment at a time, so I had the whole place to myself to look around and try things on. Both ladies were extremely friendly and helpful, and very good and seeing what I did and didn’t like and picking dresses accordingly. They were also very accommodating with appointments.

Definitely go here if you want fabulous service and to feel like a princess!

Rosa and Mary had such wonderful service and care when I was ;looking for my wedding gown I had to bring my 4 month old baby with me for the fitting and they were so patient and caring with us. I had no idea what dress to get that suited my shape post baby, though they helped my find my dream wedding dress. I received so many compliments on my dress and I felt I looked truly beautiful on the day.

I would recommend Rosa & Mary's Bridal Shop to every bride - the dresses were immaculate and stunning. I walked in with no appointment but just to browse and see if they had the design I was looking for. Rosa instantly made me feel like I was meant to be there and Mary just worked her magic - I found my perfect dress in a matter of minutes. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dress shop, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel any sales pressure, nor did I feel rushed while looking or trying on. I was so happy with the dress I found, super comfortable and it made me feel good and confident with myself. 100% recommend.
