Rode Pool Services - Stafford Heights

Thanks John for helping me get my pool from green to clean. Great customer service especially for someone like me who is a pool novice but not anymore thanks to John.

John is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating with his time. Helped me get my pool sparkling again and have now decided to cancel my regular pool service visit and do it myself thanks to his advice.

Always great service from this store and special mention to John and young Bart. They give me the expert advice to keep my pool looking like a resort pool. Thanks guys

Terrible store. They used to have good helpful people but no more. I have been a few times lately to get assistance and the people are lazy and can't be bothered. Unless you are after salt or chlorine, they are not interested and guess what you can get all of what they sell from Bunnings for a fraction of the price. So much for supporting a local small business.

RESPONSE TO OWNER'S REPLY

Ok in relation to the business owners response. This is not a single incident of poor service, it has been going on for some time including the Windsor store where we had one of your "technicians" come to our home and charge for services not provided. This is not isolated.

It is a far cry from the family business that existed when we started using this company 26 years ago.

Back then you would not go anywhere else. Now there are lots of options where people actually value the business.

Every time I had a problem the people at the shop were happy to listen and propose a few different solutions so I can pick the one I'm the most comfortable with. Big thumps up.

Just when I thought the customer service at the Stafford Heights shop could not be beaten, I spoke with Chrissie on the Rode Pools service (help) line. Really knowledgeable and helpful. Diagnosed problem in 15 seconds and then told me what to do to fix it. Great people: great service. All round great business. Thanks Chrisse

Didn’t try to sell me a tonne of stuff I didn’t need.
Would definitely recommend.

We switched to this shop as recommended by a pool builder. Best move ever! Great service and the cheapest prices. We even got a bulk discount. Very knowledgeable and reassuring. Its like a family of regular customers that visit.

Been using their services for about 8 years and they never miss a beat. Good staff and helpful. Used them to replace a filter pump with zero hassles too.

They have general knowlage of pool maintanece which can be found on the internet. They want to solve every problem with one of thier product instead of good advice. I had like 5 question to be asked and the boss ditched me after the 2nd one becaus his friend walked in. I was going to spend a few hundreds bucks at the shop but becasue of bad costumer service I went elswere. Only recommend this shop to desparete ppl with lots of cash.

Very average servicing here.not much information about.spend $400 in products and still the same green pool.
