Very friendly customer service and the technician solved my problem on day after Boxing day. Very impressed!

Just brilliant! I phoned for an urgent service and was told they were fully booked until the 19th January. When I explained that the filter was locked on to sending the water to waste and I could therefore not run the filter, they responded with a service team the same day. I totally didn’t expect that and it was most appreciated.

My chlorinator was not producing enough chlorine so had to drop off at The Gap store and luckily the pick-up man had not left so handed the item to take to Windsor for service. Got the result by 2nd day. Proceeded with repair straight away Good service.

We have a new pool and have gone to Rode Pools (Windsor) for help and advice a number of times. Everyone there is very helpful but I'd like to give a special shout-out to Krissi for her vast knowledge and infinite patience in imparting her wisdom to newbies like us!

The older fella with the wobbly walk is a little bit odd to deal with. When he does a water test he’s restarting tests, tipping more water in/out midway through and it feels like he’s not giving you precise results.
Some of the younger guys who work there seem to know their stuff and you feel like you’re given the best advice and products for your pool. I’d rate it 5 stars if not for that one staff member.

Luke was contracted by our Builder to come out and complete a handover of our pool - he was great, no nonsense, patient, explained everything and answered our “silly” questions. We were left feeling confident about our equipment, and our pool.

The Windsor store team are great, especially Chrissy (sorry if that is spelt incorrectly!) and Jamie who has been super helpful and methodical helping us balance our new pool and get things working well.

These guys know Maytronics and mineral pools inside and out.

The team were so helpful when our Dolphin broke a few days before we were to leave on a long-awaited holiday with the leopard tree in the neighbour’s garden raining leaves in our pool.

Rode (via Carl) recently assisted us with the selection, installation and operation of a heat pump for our pool. Throughout the process, Carl was attentive, patient and always happy to respond to questions. Cant recommend the team at Rode enough!

Over worked technicians who cannot deliver
Over charging common after 4 years I have changed to Aspley Swimart.

Have been very impressed with Rode Pool Services. They commissioned our pool and provided a full handover of how everything works. We asked the technician, Matt, for some info on robotic pool cleaners and we had an email that day with details, prices and links! Couldn't ask for more. Many thanks to Matt, Luke and the team.

I broke a pool pipe and the staff were very helpful for advise on how to fix it and lent me some pipe blockers to assist - all fixed without any problems.
