The supposed gentleman with the glasses was uncaring and rude.
I have been a patron of this newsagents for many years, I put dry cleaning in and expected the price which was advertised, alas I went back twice as my dry cleaning wasn't there and the third time this uncaring non emphatic gentleman served me. The price far exceeded the billboard price and when I mentioned it he couldn't have cared less or listen

Disgusting customer service. The man with the beard and glasses was very rude. He wouldn't even change 2x $2 coins and a $1 coin for a $5 note.he said no I can't exchange that.so if I bought my birthday card for a child with a $20 I would have been given $5 note. I explained the $5 note was for my nephews birthday he didn't care at all. Well you lost my business. Not to mention the times the staff have been rude to my children. Please guys go else where
