What fantastic service. I hadn't made pork ribs before and didn't know what was the best ones to buy. The owner explained everything to me. Everybody is just so pleasant and helpful. Been there 3 times and won't go anywhere else!
5 star service and knowledge all the way. I walked in today and was greeted with a smile and by name even though I hadn't been there for a while. The range is amazing and it's family owned for generations.
I love this butcher as my mum always went there when we lived in Grendon Street. 50 years plus to go to Elzens to get our meat. Today we still go there now, good store and the meat is always fresh and Yummo. My favourite thing is the chicken wings so nice to eat.

The best place to purchase meat and smoked meat products in Mackay. The service is excellent and prices give the supermarkets a run for their money. Tonight we had roast pork shoulder and it was the most tender and juicy roast I have ever had. The smoked pork (Kassler bacon chops) are to die for!
Lovely BBQ steaks and hot wings, friendly boss Rod and his staffs, reasonable price, they got all I wanted, quality not only the meats also have professional knowledge of what they do, very happy to return shop my meals again and again.

They have the best quality meat for the best price, their brand new South African barbecue sausage is amazing, I'm not really a fan of curry but I LOVE these ones! You have to try them!
