Great service and staff, for purchasing a bike, Very lacking in after sales service.

Edit: 2 years on, new management on-board they have turned the business around. After sales now know and understand what they are doing. Great to deal with and are happy to assist with anything you need. Definitely recommend.

I was window shopping 1 day and road bike home the next afternoon the sales man was welcoming and new his products he offered test rides on as many bikes to get the right 1 for me, the clothing lady Nikki was the best her knowledge of her department was extensive, parts couldn't be more helpful in assisting me with what I wanted

Only problem hubby shops n spends too much haaaahaaaa. Luke is very efficient happy man. He made Robs transition to new Harley a lot of fun, and he was patient and professional pleasure to meet. Luv the food and coffee for us wives who get bored.

Well I had to go to work late because my bike would not start. Asked rocky harley when did I purchase my last battery and they tested it and replaced it under warranty as unexpected I was. Thank you very much rocky harley.
