Rocky Bowl and Leisure

Enjoyed the game but the machine was malfunctioning all the time knocking pins over. We told the staff but nothing was done about it. I politely informed them after we finished that it spoilt our game. The girl behind the counter said I should have told the manager straight away& asked me to move so she could serve the next person. I had only been at the counter for 10 seconds. After serving the next person I informed her that we had complained to staff & nothing was done about it. She said oh well there is nothing I can do about it. I asked to speak to the manager because she was so rude. She said I am the manager & it’s too bad. So this is my review.

So much fun for young and the little older! Had a date night here and had an absolute blast!

Had a birthday party there, extremely overpriced considering we received poor customer service through the entire time. The was poor communication when ordering food, getting shoes for the kids, paying for the party and the laser tag experience, we were either ignored, were given attitude when was asking simple questions or requested given that we had book a party. When we would try to correct mistakes like the wrong drinks orders, we were told ‘but you didn’t say that, and all the staff are saying to don’t say that, even the manager agreed with me’ We are polite throughout the interactions and we still received poor response from staff.l including the Manager. Considering we didn’t receive the birthday pin for the guest to sign which is included normally, and I wouldn’t go back again considering the price, service and you don’t get what your payed for, much better to do it yourself.

Lots of fun things to do especially the bowling and the mini golf and the arcade. Really awesome place to hang out at with friends and family

Great venue for kids birthday parties with plenty of entertainment, activities, food and licenced bar.

Pretty expensive to be honest. We had to be changed lanes multiple times. Luckily the staff were great and helped us try to salvage the experience.

Went there while on holiday to be told there are no lanes open with only one lane being used. Told to wait 3 minutes, all workers looking at us strange. We waited 10 minutes then left

The facilities were super clean it and there was an abundance of options of activities. The furnishings were dated but in good repair. Staff were lovely and helpful despite the lanes breaking down and needing repair throughout the game.

Was hot due to aircon not working. Customer service needs a bit of work done. Often hear complaints from others about food not being available.

We had our social club function at the venue, it was great. All involved had a great evening. Thank you.

Very average experience to say the least. Very poor customer service. On their website says they close at 10pm however told us at 8: 45pm that they are closing up for the night.that they had enough for the night. Obviously they didn't want the extra money we were going to spend. Their machines clearly need servicing too.the lane we were assigned to, the machine would knock some pins down when re setting. Asked to change lanes to also have that lane do the same thing.

Great laser tag and bowling facilities, food is a bit pricey but overall good. Benjamin is a very friendly and kind worker and very helpful. Overall great experience

Legit a great bowling experience, would highly recommend. Automated scoring and camera system was very cool, seemed like a lot of bowling ball sizes available, and bowling hire shoes were clean and new-looking! Very quiet on a Sunday night, but would recommend calling ahead to book for large parties or during peak times (school holidays, weekends, etc).

Not a bad bowling alley. Lots of 70s vibes. Went on a Friday evening (7pm) and had a few drunk people making a lot of noise and throwing the ball dangerously (it landed in the next lane). Probably not a great environment for children. Overall, the staff we're friendly and they gave our group a discount. So not bad.

It was nice I would have given it full start but the place was a bit dark the lighting could be fixed otherwise its a great place to hang out ️

Thoroughly enjoyed the night bowling with work mates looking forward to another night i highly recommend the bowling centre for anyone wanting to have a fun time

Food is standard fare, chips burgers etc. Bowling was fun. They have a mini golf course that glows and stuff. A fun trip fun was had by my family.

Experience was not too bad. Food is quite expensive for average quality. Place definitely needs a renovation. However lots of activities and helpful staff. Would consider eating somewhere else before going though, easily get more for your money by doing so. Better signage for the carparking wouldn't go astray and don't bring any big cars to the undercover parking 1.8m clearance.

Lots of activities. Food is ok. New automatic bumpers are inconvenient for very young children who you would just let take one of your turns

Mostly good experience, apart from a very rude old fart that works there. And apart from the alleys playing up at least twice when we're there all the time.
