Refuses cash purchases, no prominent signs stating so. I believe that this is a requirement if choosing not to accept cash for purchases.

Bought a pizza stone from them, took it home and realised by comparing the UNOPENED box with my broken one that it was too small, took it back literally the next day with receipt and was told their policy is no refund, only exchange, even after 1 day with an unopened product. My policy is not to support stores like this, buy from other retailers who have a better refund policy.

Looking at Baccarat cutlery sets, 60% discount at $119.95. Decided to buy, only to find that there were two different sets with the same discount sign. The one we liked wasn't discounted and was $299.95. To me, this is false advertising.

Store assistant was absolutely amazing. Gave very detailed information on our purchases and how to care for them. Highly recommend.

I bought 2 Baccarat pans from this shop and I’m very unsatisfied with them as they are hard to clean and get stained with low heat and I have to sauce them constantly to avoid the food to stick. I’ve been cooking for more than 20 years and I have used different types of good brands and non of them had those problems. I’ve been in the store twice asking for a refund as the pans don’t have the quality they said. They were giving me solutions on how to sauce, clean and use them, which I tried, but without any improvement. I'm thinking of through them away, losing the money I invested as the pans take a lot of my time to get them clean and non-stick.

Absolutely full of products. A bit tight for disabled people but otherwise has pretty much everything you need for the kitchen and hosting people for food.

The staff at this store are AMAZING! Knowledgeable about the products and willing to go above and beyond to help. Prices & products are fantastic!

One star given to the friendly and helpful salesperson. However upon buying a gift card we were advised that they accept only card payment and not cash because of COVID. The pin pad for the eftpos machine never got wiped down after using our bare fingers so the company rule doesn't quite make sense here anyway. Given the shop is full of items which you can touch and feel too and are not being sanitised or wiped down the no cash rule still doesn't make sense. Will be shopping elsewhere moving forward.

What a laugh went in to get a late Christmas gift found the item went to pay cash for it and the staff refused to take cash not good for Christmas very pathetic.

Customer service was awful. I have to comeback several times just for one product. Different staff says different return policy.

Loved the customer service here the other day. I bought new pots and pans and the lady was so helpful and friendly. I needed help with knowing how to look after the pots and pans as I didn't treat my last set right and ruined them by accident. She was so happy to help and went beyond to ensure all my questions were answered.

Lovely, knowledgeable woman who helped us. Reasonable prices. Everywhere you look is a wonderful surprise:)

Bought a great deal from here.bowls $2 each a bargain.did not need a dozen but ended up getting a dozen (anybody needs my spares h ahaha)

Great deals and lots of stock but very squishy on space, can't bring a shopping trolley into the store.

Absolutely brilliant. Contrary to the previous review. I had great service and got everything I wanted and good quality products.

Worst customer service in this Mt Ommaney store. Staff is racist. Don't bother going into this store. The products are good but the staff are totally lacking in providing any service.
