I love Robins Kitchen as you definitely get value for money. Bought a 5 piece Kori Kitchen 5 Knife Set below half price & they are so good, just love them. Also Baccarat iconix folding knife sharpener, also great value. Ladies who work there are so friendly & helpful, a pleasure to shop there.

I placed a click and collect order online for your calamvale store and when I didn’t hear from them I went to the shop and found a sign saying they were closed Sunday and Monday for maintenance but nothing about it being today Tuesday. I did click and collect because I needed the items quickly and who knows how long this store will be closed and they don’t answer their phone. It would have been quicker to get delivery. Not happy.

The old Caucasian lady in store was so rude, just because we are Asian doesn’t mean you can be racist to us. I was attempt to buy a pot for my family and her service was rude and unfriendly. What is your problem old lady? If you want customers and make more sale, you do need to start learning how to be a good sales person.

Closing down sale, up to 70% off sale and the like have been happening for years.

If the "specials" have been running for that long they are no longer special and are just the normal prices.

Young girl serving had good customer service skills.

Everytime I go into Calamvale store you can never see anything because there is always boxes laying around, for this they lost money today. Will not be going back to this store.

Went In today on the intention of buying the $199.00 set of pots, In walking in the 2 female staff just looked at me up and down and carried on talking to each other so F yous Il take my money elsewhere never to set foot in that store ever again.

I was made to feel stupid in front of other shoppers.
I asked for "square egg rings", staff laughed at me and told me they only do circle ones. The tone in her voice was sarcastic - she highlighted the word "circle" as I also used a shape word.
Other shoppers laughed a little with her. I asked her if she knew where I could buy some and I was told no, people only use round ones. I don't, my friends don't. I was made to feel stupid. I won't be back

Friendly staff, but they didn't stock unusual sizes though. Couldn't find a 14.5" cake base for the casting I bought on eBay.
