Robina Village Medical Centre

Dr Fatemeh Arya is a lovely new addition to the team here. A very friendly and highly skilled doctor. In the last month, she has removed 7 moles for me, including a prominent mole on my forehead with two neat small stitches that has healed remarkably well. Very happy patient!

Easy phone consultation, Dr Ryan is excellent, professionally and personally. Would highly recommend.

Advertised in my hotel accommadation as a bulk billing medical centre, called up to book an appointment for my wife told they only bulk bill pensioners and health care card holders and it would be some ludicrous amount to see someone for a 2 minute appointment for a script, maybe update your flyers as you false advertise!

Edit update: lol this Karen trying to justify more money for the BMW driving doctors, thankfully there is a bulk billing medical centre 5 minutes away in Varsity Lakes that saw my wife in 2 minutes for a script. Hey Karen hop on your broomstick and visit the hotels to update your flyers.

After following Dr David Martini to Robina Villiage Medical Centre from Pacific Pines and being a patient of his for nearly 4 years I feel like we’ve been majorly let down. My 19yo son has many mental health issues which Dr Martini has always seemed to care about but now has stopped bulk billing and we simply can’t afford the out of pocket expense. I don’t care about myself but I requested that he bulk bill my son who is engaging with a psychiatrist referred to by Dr Martini so they can work together to help him, but he refused. The psychiatrist is beyond words and so lovely that she is bulk billing us to help my son and Dr Martini won’t even return her calls regarding all the medications he has prescribed him.
I was referred to have an abdominal ultrasound by Dr Martini also and have not had any results or contact from him either.
Absolutely disgusted that he would drop us because we can’t afford the out of pocket costs.
So much for loyalty!

A stand-out Medical practise. High professional standards, clean and modern practice and Doctor Babak Afshar deserves a particular mention. He has been my GP for years and has never failed to go above and beyond with his compassionate service. I would recommend anyone to him. To management reading this, please make sure you look after him so he can keep looking after us!

If I could I would give negative rating. This place doesn’t care about your health then breach other privacy act, especially the Human rights act.

David martini is good but got discriminated 22/12/21 due to having a exemption of not having a mask but when I came out a lady was sitting inside without one

Thank you for your on going care, kindness and general consideration of your patients and especially Dr Babak I will recommend to everybody, who has been my GP for a couple years now and is the most caring doctor I have met.
The reception team always help me and are super friendly, I’ve struggled to find a GP for years in Australia that understands me and I’m so thankful I have.

I cannot recommend Dr Marlis highly enough! Always so thorough & so calming. She's helped myself, my 2 sisters and mum for years. She is amazing and you barely ever have to wait more than a few minutes to see her. I can't thank her enough for the time she has spent helping me with so many different things over the years and never once have I felt uncomfortable with her or that my problems didn't matter. Thank you so much Marlis, you're seriously incredible!

I highly recommend Dr. Babak. Highly educated man and doctor! Very polite and actually listens to what you say. The nurse is amazing and funny! She’s fantastic with children! The receptionist staff are friendly. Blood tests can be taken inside the clinic which is so so so convenient!

Very well run Medical Centre easy to make a appointment online and the doctor i see Dr David Martini is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I would recommend this centre and GP.

I see a really good doctor there i have been seeing him for a long time he use to be at med centre Pacific pines and now he is at Robina village medical centre so that's why i moved from Med centre Pacific pines to Robina village medical centre because Dr david martini always helps me with my health and the bad health conditions i am in now he always helps me with anything else that is wrong with me plus i decided to go there because the other Doctors at the Med centre Pacific pines were not helping me with my health conditions plus i live with other girls and i was sick of the other girls coming in with me at the other doctors in pacific pines so thats why i decided to go to Robina village medical centre because then there not with me

When the clinic first opened with Dr. Kotha Sanjeevi it was fantastic. I always got looked after & he would always be efficient with my health. Unfortunately he left, so I continued with the replacement doctor. Dr. Mark Chernoff. I wouldn’t recommend him. He never does routine check ups like the other doctor did. If you want professional, efficient, caring doctor I would say to go elsewhere to be comfortable to feel being looked after. I have experienced great doctors that go above & beyond, this doctor will only do the basics to get you out of the door fast to see the next patient. Never gotten my blood pressure, heartbeat, chest, blood tests or anything like that checked.

I also had to see Dr. David Martini when Dr. Chernoff had many days off and was hard to get an appointment.the only other doctor working their, they seem to go through doctors a lot at this clinic for they did have a few female doctors that quit. He was rude & very short, I didn’t even bother to talk about my health, I just wanted to get out, waste of time.

The receptionist their was always complaining to her work collogues about patients. Nearly each phone call from a patient she would complain about what they were asking. Very unprofessional and very awkward.

Only leaving this review so people won’t waste their time and get proper help elsewhere

Dealt with one of the most horrendous receptionist in my life, the doctor is highly intelligent but the receptionist in this centre should be looking for a new job
