I wouldn't recommend this dentist to my worst enemy.
Rude, unprofessional and absolutely useless.
If you are considering using Robina Town Dental, do yourself a favour and find another dentist.

Great caring service from the receptionist and the Dentist was also caring and professional and efficient. I had badly damaged my tooth and the Dentist repaired my tooth with ease. Thank you to Dr Alistair Henry.

I had an emergency and the staff were fast, efficient and the process to get me in ASAP was fantastic. Dr Cosgrove was lovely. Explained everything in detail to what was being done and continuous treatment. Thank you all at Robina dental for the smooth process.

Just wanted to say thank you to the entire team for making me feel welcome and for the dental care provided - it was really appreciated. Tania the hygienist explained each step so I knew what to expect and was one of the most gentle cleans I have experienced. They even had a movie running that aligned to my favourite leisure activities, which was a nice way to feel relaxed. Thanks again.

Great facility, The receptionist Katie had a horrendous attitude, she skipped customer service training. Rude is an understatement.

It is clear that Dr Hitch loves what she does. I felt very comfortable in her care and she has such a warm and kind presence.

All the staff are amazing. The quality of work carried out and time spent in the consultation is the best.

I had an incredible experience this morning, highly recommend. From Alicia at reception to the amazing Dr Shannon, they were both so lovely. Dr Shannon was so gentle and friendly throughout my appointment.

I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentists! This was however the best experience I've ever had & that is truly saying something! Once again the most understanding tooth repair undertaken by Dr Large and her assistant Shara, a very professional and friendly team. I will not go anywhere else for dental treatment. The ladies on the front desk are fantastic as well. No likes going to a dentist, but when you need one, this is the place to go.

I cannot recommend Dr Bianca and her assistant Amber enough. Both of them were very welcoming and professional. Dr Bianca was very gentle on her treatment, and I am very pleased for the filling that was completed. Amazing works ladies!

The Dentists and staff are amazing, caring, courteous and keep you informed on what is going on every step of the way. I would recommend them any day of the week, and I will be using them myself from now on!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I just had to for this practice, the women who work here are just lovely. Both the admin, dental assistants and dentists. They just have such a lovely, welcoming demeanour. I was running late for my appointment and rushed in, and one of the ladies behind the desk offered me a bottle of water, a small but such a kind gesture. Dr Lancaster is an amazing dentist. So friendly and caring and you can just tell she is super bright and really cares about her job. All of the staff just seem like lovely people and it makes all the difference in the world when using a service like a dentist. Would recommend this place 100%!

The over the phone and in person service was so warm, helpful and delightful. I was truly impressed with Alex's help and guidance and Dr Ben and his assistant Sam were very professional and caring. Thank you very much to all.

I’ve been been going to Robina Town Dental for over 35 yrs. John had been my dentist for all those years. I’m a scaredy cat when it comes to going to the dentist. So I’m generally only there when something has gone wrong.
Yesterday, I was introduced to a new dentist, it’s been a very long time since that happened. I’m so happy having Dr Bianca Large and Sarah her assistant. These Two where like twins or life long friends the way they worked together in sync and harmony. Always advising me before anything was going to happen. Dr Large would even explain if there might be some discomfort what it would feel like and why it was happening.

This made me feel so relieved throughout my service. The after procedure explanation and possible outcomes was very detailed. This carried through to the lovely receptionist.

What I loved most coming from being a scaredy-cat was Dr Bianca Large and Sarah ability to make me feel comfortable and also I never thought I’d say this is I had a little fun.
