From the moment I walked into the clinic the receptionist were both welcoming and the moment of my checkup Dr Remon Mekaeil and the nurse made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole the appointment. They were very informative with my teeth/mouth at a level I could understanding. I left feeling satisfied with my visit to the dentist as a whole.

I would highly recommend, if you are looking for a dentist - this is the place you should try!

This was the best experience I've had at a dentist. From start to finish. I really appreciate the kindness everyone showed me. Thank you for calling me after hours on a Saturday to confirm my appointment, for the warm welcome I received when I walked in, the open and transparent discussion about the cost, and most importantly, the work that was done to relieve the pain from my tooth. I felt comfortable and taken care of at all times. I cannot recommend Jaya, Dr Tanya and the team at Robina Quays highly enough. Amazing experience.

Mark, Jaya and the RQDC team are amazing! Always professional, courteous and they have some pretty great medical tech (ask for one of their teeth cleans). It sounds strange but I find coming to see the team relaxing. Highly recommend the RQDC team!

I have such a huge fear of dentists and often avoid at every expense but when a tooth cracked I needed an emergency appointment.
I’m heavily pregnant and I truly could not have had a better experience from the moment I walked in starting with the friendly reception staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort followed by Dr Taylor being essentially pay free, lovely & explaining everything in such a caring and considerate way.

Will be back & much less anxious when needing future visits. What an amazing team.

I initially arranged for my partner, Kate, to see Dr Taylor as she needed extensive treatment including full upper dental implants and I had discovered that he was an expert in this area. Her surgery was a marathon, technically very challenging, but the results were exceptional.
I then asked Dr Taylor to take over my dental care and can say, without any exaggeration, that he is the best dentist I have ever had. Apart from the fact that he is very skilled technically and uses state-of-the -art equipment, he is very fastidious, meticulous in everything he does, and always provides thorough explanations of the planned procedures. His friendly and good-humoured manner immediately puts one at ease.
The staff are also excellent and Jaya, who is a model of politeness and courtesy, runs the practice smoothly, efficiently and very professionally. Both Kate and I feel that we enjoy a special relationship with Mark and Jaya and we enjoy our dental appointments, not a common experience with dentists I would hazard to say!
I have no hesitation in giving this practice the highest possible recommendation.

I had an emergency toothache and was going to travel the next day and literally none of the other dentists (including my own) nearby would take me in for an appointment. Jaya went out of her way to fit me in and when I got there, I received the loveliest welcome. Dr Taylor patiently explain what my options were and never pressured me into anything. He then proceeded to ensure I was treated the way I wanted at the most reasonable price. They even had to stay later than their closing time to ensure I was treated before I travelled: ') Thank you so much!

Very professional dental practice - but what make Robina Quays Dental Extraordinary is their family like customer service. Dr Mark actually listened to my concerns and worked with me and my budget. He explained everything that made me feel comfortable which definitely got rid of my fear of dentists. The lovely ladies at reception especially Jaya who's awesome as she's just so lovely and helpful. I've been really happy with my results thus far and would highly recommended them, best on the coast.

Very happy with the staff here. As soon as you walk in the door the staff makes you feel very welcome. Offers tea or coffee. My dentist Sarah is very nice and makes sure you get the best of what you need. Highly recommend this place.

Dr Mark and his team exceeded my expectations. He is very professional and yet down to earth putting you at ease each visit. I am very happy with the work Dr Mark and his team have done.
I will definitely be visiting again if i need any more dental work done.

Dr Sarah Zhao is the only dentist I feel comfortable seeing. She genuinely cares and ensures I am comfortable and not too anxious during my appointments.
