Robina Bulk Billing Medical Centre

Have been with them for years. Making the appointment was easy. My GP was efficient and friendly.

As per usual left waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time while the doctor I was booked in to see had a chitchat with one of his colleagues why take an appointment at that time if you have more important things to do the last thing a sick client wants is to be left waiting unnecessarily. Not to mention I was then prescribed antibiotics that where of no relevance to my condition needless to say I won’t be back.

Doctor was able to see me at short notice after a fall. Treatment was very professional and thorough.

First time visit. Receptionist was nice. Poor lady worked all by herself with phone calls keep coming in, and deal with patients come in to the counter at the same time, plus whatever works she need to do. She managed perfectly with smiles but I can see the stress she is having in her mind. Doctor was also showed care and professional.

Made a booking for me on the day. All were very helpful. Thank you will be back if needed.

Received phone call after appointment the staff said need to pay this time, they're not bulk billing anymore. Is that they should inform when I book the appointment, or before the appointment? ! They should send email, message or phone call to let people know the changes. Even when I came to the reception at check-in nobody informed. That's ridiculous, if let me know before the appointment that's no problem, but called me ask to pay after appointment that's unacceptable.

Our doctor was jovial and shared our jokes making our visit enjoyable and memorable. Reception was efficient and friendly too. Been going here for years, there’s been lots of staff changes on reception but we always go back. Hubby who is hard to get to go to a dr liked our dr and that makes the visit so much easier

Fraud. That’s not ok. They charge you 80$ as is a private consultation with a Bulk billing advertisement on their signage and in Google. I was surprised when they told me I had to pay 80$ … they just told me excuses about it. They’re taking advantage of the people that don’t know is private and go there thinking is a bulk billing medical consultation.

It is a great medical centre to go, found a booking right next day, doctor was nice, seemingly her treatment works, nurse was very kind and nice …
Downs side is only car parking very small car park and I couldn’t find a spot and was almost running late. You can easily park your car somewhere near.

I have attended this medical Centre since arriving on the coast in 2005 originally near Robina railway station. The care and service 200%.

Appointments are always on time & staff very efficient and helpful. My doctor is always on the ball with my health issues & ensures any necessary tests are carried out. I am very grateful that this clinic still bulk bills. As a pensioner this is very important to me. Thank you

I recently moved to Australia and I can really say that this medical centre has competent and helpful doctors (in particular, thank you so much to Dr. Camila Marques De Castro) and very nice and kind secretaries!
I also easily found the appointment via app, which is practically impossible to find in other medical centres in Mudgeeraba and, many times, they also cancel the visit at the last minute.
So, I recommend anyone to go in this clinic in Robina, in case of need.

Dr Praveen is always so personable and gives me great confidence in his approach, diagnoses prescriptions and advice.
I feel very fortunate to have such a
diversely and richly talented GP who is a really lovely human being who works hard and cares about his patients.
The reception staff, other GPs and nurses are all totally capable and efficient too️

Amazing Medical Centre. Staff so friendly, doctor was extremely thorough, informative and caring.

Doctor was professional, nice and friendly however practice was not and I won't return as they made me feel like I was a second class citizen due to not having the second covid jab already and reception initially prompted me that due to this I would likely need to to wait outside and not even be allowed to sit, even though there was no one at all waiting in the waiting room nor any other reason at all. Literally no symptoms and answered no to all the 'do you have flu like symptoms' questions - just discrimination shown toward me due to my not having the second jab (apparently based on a government requirement.however it's the only practice I've been that's claimed this. So not sure that is true) Will go somewhere else, where the business treats everyone equal and without discrimination.

Found dr's Nurse & Staff very efficient & friendly would not hesitate in reconmending this practice to friends.

Great doctor and friendly receptionists. Doctor is always on time I have never had to wait. Definitely will go back.
